Your vacation apartment 502 at Haus Meeresblick is located on the 5th floor on the east side. Enjoy your breakfast on the sunny, sheltered east-facing loggia with a side view of the sea.

With a size of 49 m², this 2-room apartment features a living and dining area, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom, accommodating up to 4 people for a relaxing vacation in Kühlungsborn. The distance to the beach is about 50 meters.

In the living area of the vacation rental, a cozy double sofa bed, two wicker chairs, and a flat-screen TV invite you to enjoy pleasant evenings watching TV. In addition to a DVD player, a CD radio is also available for your use.

The kitchenette, which adjoins the living area, is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a stovetop with two burners. Of course, a toaster, a drip coffee maker, and a kettle are also provided. The dining area is integrated into the kitchen area.

In the bedroom (the bedroom window opens onto the atrium), a double bed promises you a restful night’s sleep. You can use the closet to store your luggage. You can darken the room by drawing the curtains.

The vacation rental features a spacious, daylight-filled shower room with a toilet. The full-length vanity offers plenty of storage space for your toiletries and features a lighted mirror. A hair dryer rounds out the bathroom’s amenities. The kitchen area and the bathroom are tiled. Laminate flooring has been installed in the living room and bedroom. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

The Meeresblick building, which has an elevator and barrier-free access, is located at the western end of the beach promenade in Kühlungsborn. A bicycle storage room as well as coin-operated washers and dryers are available to you in the communal basement. Parking space No. 126 in the underground garage (max. height 1.60 meters, max. weight 2,000 kg) is included with your vacation rental.

The Meeresblick building, located in Kühlungsborn West, is situated directly on the beach promenade and offers direct access to the Baltic Sea beach. Through a spacious, covered atrium featuring live plants, you can reach the vacation apartments via the stairs or the two glass elevators. The south entrance of the building provides barrier-free access. The north entrance provides a short walk to the beach. A bicycle storage room, coin-operated washers, and coin-operated dryers are available to all guests.


Each apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires). The underground garage also features storage compartments for roof boxes. Please note the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
