The “Nanni” vacation home, which sleeps up to 6 people, is idyllically located in Wittenbeck.

This detached, thatched-roof vacation home spans two floors and is about a 10-minute walk from a natural beach. Spanning 100 m², the home features a combined living and dining area with a fireplace, a bathroom with a tub and shower, a guest restroom, a kitchen, a sauna with a shower, and three bedrooms. The furnished south-facing terrace with a view of the countryside invites you to enjoy relaxing moments. Enjoy peaceful vacation days near the Baltic Sea and relax in the on-site sauna.

The living area is located on the first floor of the vacation home. Here, a corner couch and an armchair invite you to enjoy cozy evenings. For entertainment, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system are available. The dining area is integrated into the light-filled living area and offers plenty of space for shared meals. The fireplace provides coziness and comforting warmth, especially on colder evenings. You can access the sun-drenched terrace from the living area.

The kitchen is equipped with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster round out the kitchen amenities.

The on-site sauna on the first floor of the vacation home offers a special opportunity to relax (€5.00 for a 2-hour session). A shower is available for refreshment. The guest restroom is located next to the sauna area.

There are three bedrooms on the upper floor. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a large closet. In the second bedroom, a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) awaits you for a good night’s sleep. A wardrobe is also available here for your vacation luggage. The pull-out sofa bed (170 x 200 cm) in the third bedroom provides sleeping space for two additional guests. A wardrobe serves as storage space for your clothes. You can use curtains in all bedrooms to block out the light.

The upstairs bathroom, which receives natural light, features a shower, tub, and toilet, as well as a vanity with a lighted mirror, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer. Pleated blinds are installed on the windows for privacy. Floor tiles have been laid in the upstairs bathroom and throughout the entire first floor. The bedrooms feature hardwood floors. Smoking is not permitted in the “Nanni” house. Pets are welcome.

A washing machine is available in the utility room for your vacation laundry. You can park your car in the outdoor parking space next to the house.

The “Nanni” vacation home is part of a quiet and beautifully landscaped residential complex in Wittenbeck and is located next to the “Hanni” vacation home. The town center of Kühlungsborn Ost is just a few kilometers away and, with its boutiques, restaurants, and cafés, invites you to stroll and relax.
