Vacation Apartment 18 at the Linden-Palais in Heiligendamm is a 3-room apartment that accommodates up to 4 people and one dog.

The 3-room vacation apartment for up to 4 people is located on the first floor of the Linden-Palais. On the furnished, north-facing balcony, you can enjoy peaceful moments with a beautiful view of the sea. The 52 m² apartment features a living area with an integrated dining area, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms. With the beach just 50 meters away, relaxing vacation days on the Baltic Sea are guaranteed.

In the combined living and dining area of the vacation apartment, a couch and a flat-screen TV invite you to enjoy cozy evenings. For additional entertainment, a Blu-ray player and free Wi-Fi are available. You can enjoy meals together at the dining table with four chairs.

The exclusive kitchenette is fully equipped. It features a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. A kettle, a coffee maker, a Tchibo Cafissimo machine, and a toaster round out the kitchen amenities.

The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (200x200 cm) and a TV. There is a large closet for your luggage. The double sofa bed (160x190 cm) in the second bedroom offers a comfortable place to sleep for 2 additional guests.

The apartment’s bathroom features a walk-in shower and a hair dryer. Vinyl flooring is installed throughout the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are allowed in this apartment.

You can park your car safely in the underground parking space. You can store your own or rented bicycles in the bicycle storage room. Washing machines and dryers are located in a separate room in the building. Here you can wash and dry your vacation laundry for a fee.

The Linden-Palais complex, newly built in 2016, is located directly on the beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Heiligendamm.

The Linden-Palais awaits you in the “white city by the sea,” the seaside resort of Heiligendamm. This exclusive vacation complex blends seamlessly into the sophisticated and traditional seaside architecture of the famous “String of Pearls.” There are 39 vacation apartments spread across 3 floors. All vacation apartments are easily accessible by elevator and feature free Wi-Fi.

As a special service, you’ll find two made-up beds in the bedroom as well as towels for two people upon arrival at the Linden-Palais.

You can park your car safely in the included underground parking space.

A separate bicycle storage room in the underground garage is available for storing bicycles you bring with you. The natural surroundings of the Heiligendamm seaside resort invite you to enjoy long bike rides from spring through fall. A nearby bike rental shop offers free delivery and pickup of bicycles right to your door.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast (high season only), homemade cakes and pastries, ice cream sundaes, and regional specialties at the Schwanen Café & Bistro. The café is located within the resort.
