This luxurious vacation apartment, spanning approximately 48 m², places a strong emphasis on high-quality amenities. The modern two-room apartment, facing northwest, is located on the mezzanine level of Villa Siegfried and offers up to two people a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea—the beach is just about 50 meters away. The apartment is divided into a living area, a combined dining and kitchen area, a bedroom, and a naturally lit bathroom with a shower. On the balcony, you can enjoy relaxing moments with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea.

The living area of the vacation apartment is furnished with a cozy couch and a flat-screen TV. The dining area is integrated into the living area and offers space for shared meals.

The adjacent open kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and an oven. The kitchen is further equipped with a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle. From here, you also have a view of the Baltic Sea.

The bedroom of the vacation rental is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm). The closet offers ample storage space for your clothes. There is also a second flat-screen TV available here. Opaque curtains on the windows provide privacy.

The northwest-facing balcony is furnished with tasteful patio furniture and invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings with a view of the sea.

The natural-light bathroom with a walk-in shower features a spacious sink and a hair dryer.

The apartment features high-quality designer flooring. Underfloor heating in all living areas provides cozy warmth.

You can safely store your own or rented bicycles in the bike storage room. You can park your car in the underground garage (max. height: 1.80 m, max. width: 1.90 m, max. length: 5.00 m, max. weight: 2,000 kg).

The modern, well-equipped apartments are suitable for 2–4 people. All apartments feature a comfortable living area, a well-equipped kitchen area, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. You can safely store your bicycles in the common room, located in the basement.

A special feature of this villa is that any two apartments can be combined to form one large unit. Pets are not allowed. Some vacation apartments feature a lake view or partial lake view, as well as a balcony or terrace where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. Each is equipped with a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a living and dining area with cable TV. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
