Excellent location, clean, nice balcony. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked well equipped. It’s on the second floor, so not appropriate if you have issues with stairs. Checkin/out process was smooth.

Good Boulder Stay

First the property was CLEAN. It passed the white sock test and in general everything appeared clean. Second, this was a great location in Boulder. The unit is small but comfortable. Just about 2 blocks from the pedestrian area of Pearl Street. Lots of restaurants and shops. It’s a short walk to the Boulder Creek multiuser trail and there are many hiking trails close by in the area. Joanna was very responsive to inquiries and outfitted the kitchen so we were able to cook our meals in. When we alerted her to the burned out light in the kitchen, she was in to check it out and replace it. For folks with mobility issues, there are 21 steps to climb to the unit plus another 7 or 8 in the walkway up to the steps. The laundry is down in the carport in the back. As you face the wall, it is the door on the right. The lock is rather tricky so it might seem you have the wrong door. Just don’t jam the key in. It was 2.75 to wash and 2 to dry (60 minutes) so bring your quarters.

Great Location

The location was perfect - a short walk to the shops, restaurants and bustle of Pearl Street, yet a quiet place to relax. The host was responsive and helpful, and I appreciated an early check-in. I wish I could have stay longer!

Only problem was we couldn’t stay longer

This is a great condo. The location is perfect- just block to Pearl Street and easy access to major roads to get to the wilderness. We stayed here after a couple weeks traveling around the state- the patio was amazing to relax. Enjoyed the extras- fluffy towels, comfortable sheets, and heat/ac units in living room and bedroom. Highly recommend. Very clean.

Great location

Ease of walking around downtown Boulder is why we choose this condo. We didn’t use the kitchen but it had everything if we wanted too. The patio was great too!

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. The location was great, very close to Pearl St. The unit had everything we needed and the deck was nice. Someone suggested in a previous review to provide a luggage rack or space in the closet for guests luggage and I would have to agree. Overall our stay was very nice.

Great Location

Super convenient apartment in a great location. We had all that we needed for a great week in Boulder. The washer and dryer onsite are not in the apartment and are pay to play. They were hard to find but the owner was patient and texted back and forth with me until I found the place. The owner also let us check in early and was super responsive and helpful with any questions that I had. I would highly recommend this rental.

Great location and value

We had a bit of a glitch at check in, but Joanna handled it promptly, professionally and to our satisfaction. She is a responsive and attentive host. The location is perfect — just a few blocks to Pearl Street Mall, and has one covered parking space. As others have noted (and as the description says), this is a second floor condo, so one must be able to manage two flights of steps. (No issue for us, just flagging it.). The unit itself is small and a bit basic, but perfectly comfortable and well-equipped. The balcony is delightful. In all, it is a small, comfortable condo in an amazing location, for a good value, with a professional, responsive host. We enjoyed our stay.
