Right outside the front door flows the Glatt River, with peaceful walking and biking paths stretching in both directions. It’s the kind of neighborhood where you can grab a coffee, go for a jog along the river, and be at Zurich Airport or the city center in just a few minutes.

Supermarkets are all within easy reach—Migros, Coop, and Denner are just a short walk away, and a Migrolino is open daily, including Sundays. A Coop Vitality pharmacy is located on Boulevard Lilienthal for any essentials.

When it comes to dining out, the area has something for everyone. Luigia Opfikon serves excellent pizza, Al Dente is beloved for its pasta, and the Raclette Factory is a must for a true Swiss experience.
