Located on the hills above Anduze at the foot of the Cévennes, our house welcomes you in a natural, quiet, and sunny setting, perfect for recharging with family or friends. Just minutes from the center, you enjoy a tranquil environment while being close to many activities: bamboo park, amusement park, Cévennes steam train, caving, rivers, hiking, and more.



Our villa, 900 m from town, is accessed by a private road for residents only. It offers you a pleasant and peaceful stay. The 700 m² fenced and secure property features olive and fruit trees. The fully equipped, air-conditioned house provides all the comfort you need for a great stay, with a 20 m² terrace, garden, pétanque court, ping-pong table, barbecue, and a heated pool exclusively for you. The pool is also secure and not overlooked.



Anduze is 10 minutes from Alès (the Cévennes capital) and close to Nîmes, Uzès, and Pont du Gard (about 40 minutes). Mediterranean beaches and Montpellier are an hour’s drive away. Picture your days swimming and relaxing, evenings around the barbecue, and sunny days accompanied by the song of cicadas.
