Free parking spaces are available close to the property.



All amenities are just a 3-minute walk away: bakery, cheese shop, wine cellar, grocery store, bistro, and restaurant.



The studio features a spacious, fully equipped living area, a separate sleeping corner with a 160x200 cm bed, and a bathroom with a 120x90 cm shower and toilet. The lounge area includes a sofa bed for two additional guests (140x190 cm).



The accommodation is suitable for 4 guests, ideally two adults and two children.



Well-behaved pets are welcome.



Smoking is allowed, but only outside.
