Enjoy tranquility away from the busy tourist areas while still having easy access to Lefkada’s most famous attractions. Agios Nikitas village is only 5 km away, Kathisma Beach is 7 km away, and Frya or Lazarata plaza can be reached within just 1 km.



The house is spread across three unique levels. On the upper floor, you will find three cozy bedrooms and a bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include one double bed, one queen-size bed, and one additional single bed. Bedrooms are opened according to the number of guests in your reservation. Large windows overlook the yard, filling the rooms with natural light and offering lovely views of greenery and blue sky. Thanks to the elevated location, summer temperatures are cooler than in lower areas of the island, ensuring peaceful nights accompanied by the soothing sounds of nature and cicadas.



The middle level features a comfortable lounge area with a Smart TV, a relaxing pouf, and access to a small private yard, perfect for enjoying breakfast or morning coffee. The two sofas convert to two extra single beds.



On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, an additional bathroom, and direct access to the secluded outdoor yard. The spacious outdoor area includes comfortable seating, creating an ideal space to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
