Our finca, with no direct neighbors, is located right by the sea with access to Mallorca’s best beach, Es Trenc, just a 150-200 meter walk away. Restaurants and small shops are within easy walking distance, while larger supermarkets are about 8 kilometers away. The family-friendly Es Trenc beach is right at your doorstep, and the harbor, where you can rent boats or jet skis, is nearby.



The property offers 6 rooms, each with 2 beds, as well as a pool for you to relax in. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere on the terrace and soak up the sun on the loungers—all in complete privacy. The grounds are fully fenced, ensuring you remain undisturbed. A true dream house!
