Loved the location. The bed covers on several of the beds were stained and the furniture was a bit worn but, overall, we enjoyed the townhome and the beautiful views it offered. This unit could also badly use some new pots and pans and the toaster oven should definitely be replaced - it was pretty dirty!

Only comment - we had to put the sheets on the beds ourselves & at this level of payment the housekeeping should be able to put sheets & pillowcases on the beds instead of guest having to unmake the beds and then make the beds back up

Aug Family Beach trip

Excellent The location was quiet, clean and safe. It was adjacent to a beach walkway—close to the beach-but it was quiet. Bushes and a tall fence gave privacy. The location was excellent-great parking and a quick walk to an ice cream shop plus other restaurants. We will stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Never in all the times I’ve rented a vacation home was I given a bag of bed sheets and told we had to make all the beds ourselves. I have no issue stripping them at the end and collecting the towels in one convenient spot.But am I alone in thinking that the last thing someone wants to do after a long day of travel and all that that entails (grocery runs, dragging in the luggage, etc) to then have to make the bed to sleep in ?However this was a pleasant townhome in a very good walkable location on the ocean. It was a bit worn around the edges though with scuffed walls, multiple stains on the rug, a dirty coffee pot, and mismatched light bulbs (some super bright white LEDs, some warm incandescents - just quirky to have them not be uniform.)

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I think we were the first renters for the season. The internet was not on upon arrival. It wasn't turned back on until later on that evening. Internet service was spotty at best which made watching any streaming services virtually impossible. The upstairs bathtub didn't drain.About half of the plugs were working. Outside water was turned off. We usually love this location and set of units but this one left a few things to be desired. I would only recommend if the above issues had been fixed.

Location on the beach, basement stores all beach stuff and has a rinse off area and shower, very secure properties with auto locked gates, great pool, house was very clean, has everything needed like linens and towels, view from master bedroom was beautiful.

Beautiful unit with very comfy furniture for gathering to watch movies on rainy day. Also like the large dining table for meals and playing games. The only suggestion we have is to please update the cooking utensils and add more tableware (especially spoons!).

Location, location, location

My wife and I stayed here with our 2.5 year old and 2.5 month old and couldn’t have been any happier. You cannot beat this location as you are a quick walk to the beach, all the shops and restaurants. Dave was super responsive to a question we had while staying in the house. We loved staying here so much we’re already taking about booking again.

5 ⭐️ Wonderful! Great location, clean, beautiful home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Within walking distance to everything needed. Several restaurants, a small grocery and shops are close. We are fairly selective when booking a vacation away and this home exceeded our expectations. There were only two of us so I can’t review for a larger size party but should fit 6-7 comfortably. We were facing directly toward the beach and right beside the pool and tennis courts. Ice machine in the kitchen was a great surprise. I read in one of the reviews about parking - the one parking space underneath is tight but if you back in, you’ll be fine. You can also park in other spaces available down the sidewalk. Don’t hesitate to reserve. We hope to return with our family.

Just OK experience overall

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off, the location of this unit is great. Beautiful ocean views, convenient to Station One pool and beach access. It is next to a public access, but this was not an issue for us being there during non-peak season. As an end unit, it was a bit difficult to park at the unit with an oversized SUV. Unit was somewhat clean, though one of the beds still had dirty sheets (lots of hair and sand) on it from previous tenet. Seemed to be a lot of hair in the unit...wonder if previous guests had a dog? Did have several insects in the unit during our stay, but some of this is expected at the beach. The cookware in the unit was subpar and not in the "luxury rental" category. However, our biggest issue was the lack of contact from the rental agency, as the check-in instructions noted when someone would be at the office and no one was there! This cost us over an hour of lost time waiting at the office. Messages left on the voicemail weren't returned, nor were emails to the person who emailed check-in instructions. The voicemail box for the person we were trying to reach was not working (pressing the number for her led to an error). There was also no one at the office on check out day - during normal business hours! So all in all, great location, less than perfect cleanliness, and poor/no communication from Wrightsville Sands Realty. Get the feeling they had our money and didn't care about the experience of their guests.
