Charming renovated semi-detached house of 75 m² with sea view, accommodating up to 6 guests.

Enjoy a bright living room with direct sea views, 3 bedrooms—two with sea view and one overlooking the Saint-Mathieu lighthouse.

Located above Pors Liogan beach (250 m), just a 3-minute walk away. The Saint-Mathieu lighthouse is less than 1 km, and the GR34 coastal path is 200 m from the house.

The house features three bedrooms, two with sea view and one with a view of the Saint-Mathieu lighthouse, so you can enjoy the exceptional setting from the moment you wake up.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, induction hob) provides everything you need for an independent stay.

Outside, enjoy a garden and a 30 m² terrace with sea view and barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals. A garden lounge area is also available for relaxing moments together.

Situated in Le Conquet, just 1 km from the town center, the house offers a privileged location: close to amenities, the sea, and the countryside.

Pors Liogan beach is just below the house, only 250 meters away and accessible in 3 minutes on foot. The GR34 coastal path is 200 meters away for beautiful seaside walks. The Saint-Mathieu lighthouse is just a 5-minute drive.

From Le Conquet port, you can easily take a boat trip to the islands of Molène and Ouessant.

Excursions to discover the Iroise Sea are also possible. With a bit of luck, you may spot seals and dolphins during your stay.
