Looking for a wonderful family holiday home in the Netherlands? Sandepark 113 is a newly and modernly furnished holiday home set on a plot of approximately 400 m². The house is quietly located on the outer edge of Sandepark in Groote Keeten, approximately 600 metres from the beautiful beach.

This detached beach villa accommodates up to 8 guests and is a dream destination for families and beach lovers. The living room is stylishly furnished and features a spacious seating area and a flat-screen TV.

To create a true indoor-outdoor holiday feeling, the house has French doors opening onto the garden and surrounding terrace, allowing you to enjoy the sunshine throughout the day. The spacious kitchen is fitted with high-quality appliances. There is also a large dining table, perfect for enjoying meals together.

On the ground floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The first floor is accessible by stairs and features the other 2 bedrooms, as well as a second bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. The beds will be made up for your arrival, and towels will be provided.

The lovely sunny terrace is furnished with a garden table and chairs for 8 people, as well as 4 sun loungers. It is the perfect place to relax with a good book or enjoy breakfast together in the fresh air. The house also has a washing machine and a handcart. Private parking is available on the property.
