The two most important things to me when I rent a place are cleanliness and the view. Both were perfect here! We were here for Christmas. We always celebrate the holiday at home so this was a first for our family. We did enjoy everything about the property except the kitchen could use a few new pans and some new dishes. Normally, we eat out most meals when we vacation, but I wanted to do Christmas dinner at the condo. We ordered most of the food from a caterer, but we did need a few pans for reheating and I tried to set a nice table. We had a few problems there- but other than that, it was perfect. In fact, I would say that the condo is even nicer than the photos. The appliances have been updated from the online pictures we saw. Plus the bedrooms have been decorated much nicer. Great stay. Would def consider staying here again. Oh, and the access to the beach is perfect as well. Loved seeing the sunrise from the balcony each morning!

The views we're outstanding. The unit was clean and had all essentials for cooking. We took my mother for her 80th birthday and the 2nd story views were amazing. She spent a lot of time on the lanai with plenty of seating watching the waves. Would definitely recommend this unit and plan on staying here again.

Wonderful condo, it stormed while we were there so we didn't get to enjoy the beach, but the condo was very comfortable for our family and had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay

We were impressed the moment we walked into the condo. It is so well appointed. Kitchen has everything one could use. Beds very comfortable. View from balcony is outstanding.

Absolutely beautiful!

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. Communication response was quick and check in was easy. Loved the location and the view was amazing. Accommodations for our five adults was very comfortable. We plan to book again.

Pleasant Surprise

It's hard to decide on a place to stay by looking at pictures online, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that the reality of our accommodations was beyond our expectations. Our rental was decorated nicely, spacious, clean, comfortable beds, no carpet to worry about getting sand on, and a marvelous ocean view from the balcony. The two parking space allocation was a bit of a juggle since we have a lot of family that lives there, but the three bedrooms gave us enough space to have the grandchildren spend a few nights with us. I would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 weeks on a “workcation” and this property was absolutely perfect for us. The location is amazing, right on the beach and perfect for walks and spending time in the sunshine. It’s very close to shopping

Location location

This is a lovely property. Laid out for privacy when needed, or gathering to watch the waves. The beach felt private - so convenient, so beautiful. The open kitchen and living area were perfect for family time. It’s a wonderful property for family with physical limitations - ramps, elevator, grab bars. Communication with the owner was very easy. Easy access to grocery and liquor store. It’s a wonderful destination.

Gorgeous, Quiet, Convenient

Beautifully appointed, near bridge to St Augustine and Publix, this condo is spacious and light filled. Excellent quality appliances, washer and dryer, with the ocean at your doorstep. Plenty of pots and pans and dishes. Only drawback was the kitchen utensils were a big insufficient and random. Great communication with the host.
