The condo was clean and directly on the beach. The host promptly answered a couple of minor questions and was overall very pleasant. Would recommend for a quiet beach getaway.

Our stay was everything we could’ve asked for. Couldn’t have been happier having an incredible beach front that is so well maintained, and well equipped. Communication and check in were flawless. We look forward to hopefully renting with Lisa again.

Loved the location. The pool was clean and refreshing. Attentive hosts. Comfortable bed, cozy living room. Everything we needed in kitchens and bathrooms. Loved the washer and dryer. Good beach stuff. I would definitely stay again.

Great location on the beach and a short drive to so many restaurants. There’s a putt putt course right next door with great ice cream. The condo was stocked with everything you need to cook and the beach chairs/toys were an added plus. The beach in this area wasn’t as crowded which I loved! Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again next year.

Beautiful place and wonderful location!

It was a pleasure to stay ... it was beautiful and quiet, jjjuuussssttt right. Plenty to do within walking distance if you wish, or just stroll down to the beach and take a nap.

Great girls trip

Great stay!

This is probably one of the best places I have stayed in Saint Augustine. The bed was comfortable, the view is amazing, location is perfect and we had everything we needed. Host communicated perfectly. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great Oceanfront Stay

The property was in a great location with oceanfront views. It was clean and provided many amenities. The best part is that we were able to bring our two French Bulldogs with us on our vacation and they were able to be on the beach.

It's warm and inviting at the onset. We visited during the Christmas holidays, and evidence of the season greeted us at the front door and throughout the house. It looked and felt clean inside. The unit was equipped with all the intricate amenities that one would want accommodating their stay (i.e., hand soap dispensers in the kitchen and bathrooms, disinfecting wipes, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, the GOOD paper towels (Ha!), etc.). I typically bring all these things with me because, oftentimes, they're not provided, so A to the owners!I had the master bedroom. I didn't realize before booking that I had to share it. There are worse things one could encounter, so it was manageable. There are blankets and throws and beach towels, all kinds of games, and an outdoor grill at your disposal. Roku TVs in the living room and master. There is a TV in the 2nd bedroom.For those who bring pets, it is so amenable to furry friends, with food and water bowls in the kitchen and little trinkets in the unit - proof of owners who are dog lovers.There's a nice wooden bridge that leads to the beach. Perfect for watching sunrises, which can also be seen from the quaint balcony off of the master bedroom. Incidentally, you can drive on the beach. There is also a quaint patio with a table and chairs off from the living room.Suggestion for owner: Place a sturdy hook on the back of the upstairs bathroom door to enhance the utility of the bathroom.

Complete Family Beach Package

Accurate description online of property. Perfect beach location for family (we have grade school and middle school ) and one happy dog. Clean, comfortable, quiet location, upstairs bedrooms, adequate kitchen, large garage for car and bikes, easy pool access, close to beach restaurants. Would definitely recommend to others and would like to return in the future.

Wonderful Property

Property location is beautiful with phenomenal sunrises over the ocean. Beach is clean and easy to walk. Property is tastefully decorated, great appliances and stocked with all the comforts of home. Was a great week for our family and dogs.

Great Place

Beautiful condo with plenty of supplies. Owner very responsive. Nice ocean view from master bedroom balcony. We had a wonderful time. Only bummer was the pool wasn’t heated during our stay but we found other things to keep us busy. Highly recommend!

Great location!

Enjoyed this beachfront condo in St Augustine Beach! Beautiful beach just steps away from condo. Restaurants within walking distance too. Nice pools on the property. Highly recommend!
