Situated in Sirmione, the vacation home Katy Lake Timo offers a 90 sqm space ideal for up to 6 guests. You will find 2 bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, along with 2 bathrooms with showers. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for preparing meals. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, satellite TV, air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, heating in every room, a washing machine, and self check-in. A baby crib is available for an extra fee.



Step outside to enjoy your private fenced garden and terrace overlooking the vineyards. Sun loungers are provided for your outdoor relaxation. A storage area for motorcycles and bicycles is also available on the property.



2 shared parking spaces are available on-site. Up to 2 pets are allowed for an extra fee. Events are not permitted. Beach towels are available for an extra fee.



The apartment is surrounded by the Lugana vineyards, located 300 m from the lake and a lakeside promenade leading directly to Sirmione. Bars, restaurants, and pizzerias are 300 m away, while a bicycle and scooter rental, pharmacy, and supermarket are within 2 km. A dog-friendly beach is 300 m from the property. Public transportation is accessible on foot, with a bus stop for Verona and Brescia 100 m away. Other destinations include Peschiera (5 km), Gardaland (7 km), Sirmione (7 km), and Verona (30 km). An airport shuttle service is available for an extra fee. A cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee. The hosts live on-site but not in the booked property. The property follows energy-saving practices, including low-energy lighting and electricity partly generated by solar panels. Recycling and waste separation guidelines are provided on-site. Families with children are welcome.

Exceptional stay near Sirmione!

Pros: We spent two wonderful weeks in this beautifully renovated vacation home with our family, and it far exceeded our expectations. The house is stylishly furnished and fully equipped with all modern amenities—it truly lacked nothing. On top of that, the hostesses were exceptionally friendly, thoughtful, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location offers the best of both worlds. Situated peacefully in the middle of a vineyard just outside Sirmione, we enjoyed complete calm and beautiful surroundings. Yet, everything is within easy reach: local shops, restaurants, and the beach are only a 10-minute walk away. The historic center of Sirmione is about a pleasant 30-minute walk, making it very accessible while keeping the home away from the tourist crowds. One of our absolute highlights was the beautifully furnished garden, where we gathered every evening to watch the incredible sunsets over the vineyard. We had an unforgettable holiday and would recommend KatyLakeapartments

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Pros: Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sowohl persönlich als auch per WhatsApp von Anfang freundlich, unkompliziert und sehr zuverlässig. Die Unterkunft hat einen hervorragenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Alles war neuwertig, sehr gepflegt und makellos sauber. Obwohl unser Aufenthalt nur kurz war, haben wir uns ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Die Lage hat uns ebenfalls begeistert, angenehm ruhig gelegen und dennoch waren ein kleiner Supermarkt mit frischen Brötchen sowie ein ordentliches Restaurant bequem nach einem kurzen Spaziergang (200m) zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
