Rustic, comfortable terraced house "Jeeco", renovated in 2026. In the centre of San Paolo Solbrito, 5 km from the centre of Villanova d'Asti. Private: small, well-kept garden (fenced) with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (above ground) round (366 m diameter, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue house. In the house: table football, storage room for bicycles. Public parking on the road. Grocery 280 m, restaurant 60 m, bar, bakery 280 m, bus stop 60 m, railway station "San Paolo Solbrito" 450 m. Nearby attractions: Basilica di Don Bosco 14 km, Asti 30 km, Torino 35 km. Please note: car recommended. Motorway 6 km from the property.
