Perfect location and cost effective, considering you’re steps from the sand and ocean. Located a short walk from multiple dining and shopping establishments. Spacious and clean condo for cooking and entertaining. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a large 4th floor open air balcony.

Lovely condo. Very clean and well stocked. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful view. The only thing we didn’t like is it is a top floor unit so there isn’t any shade on the deck until evening.

Thank you so much for the review, Liz! We are thrilled to hear that the condo was clean and that you enjoyed the beautiful view. We hear your note about the afternoon sun on the top-floor deck. I wish there was something we could do about that, but we're so happy to hear you had a great stay. We are so grateful you chose Charleston Coast Vacations and we hope to welcome you back again soon!

It was the perfect location for our stay on Folly Beach! On the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Lots of parking. It is on the 4th floor. There is an elevator. They provide shopping carts for carting your luggage and supplies. Both the bedroom and living room have doors that open to the spacious balcony.
