This was a very nice property, Convenient to everything with a great view of the bay and harbor. The apartment was clean,well furnished, and quiet. My only suggestion would be a mat in the shower as the floor was a bit slippery and at our age, those things are noticed. I'll add that Debra was extremely helpful with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend..

This was a wonderful place for our family to stay.

The location, the amenities and everything about the property was great. It was a lovely way to end our Alaska vacation. Debra was very responsive. And the view…just spectacular!

Perfect location.I was looking for a place close to my son who lives in Seward. This apartment was just a few minutes walk from him. The view from the front door and window is beautiful. The host Debra gave us our space and privacy. She didn’t hover which is great because, like most people who choose to rent a house for their vacation stays rather than a hotel, I appreciate privacy .The check in is smooth and I love the artsy decor . The beds were clean and comfortable. Everything you would need is well stocked. I would definitely rent this place again for my next visit.

A week in Seward

The property was nice. View was excellent. Good place to stay as long as you are planning on eating out everyday for every meal. Kitchen was lacking with space, and dishware for only 5 people.

Our policy is, maximum number of people allowed is four. (Did you have more then 4 people? If so, there is an additional charge for people that have not been approved.) The reason we limit our guests to four is the unit is not large enough for additional people. For this reason we only set it up for four people. Five plates should take care of 4 people. If it was not enough for you, you should have let us know while you were here and allowed us to give you more dishes. Or picked up some paper plates at the grocery store. Burdening yourself to have to go out to eat every day three times a day should not have been necessary.

Fate brought me to Seward in 1980. Seward was so beautiful, I am still here. In 1995 I started working with vacation rentals. Now our portfolio ranges from romantic one room units for couples, to wonderful refurbished WWII quonset huts just a block from the water, to 2 bedrooms suites to a 3-4 bedroom house with 2.5 bathrooms. Bay Watch is our newest and most exciting addition. We are really looking forward to sharing it with our future guests.

Seward is a small historical town, with warm friendly people. The town's lay out is very easy to understand, everything is less then 10 minutes away. Everywhere you look you see amazing views. If you are an outdoor enthusiast, the activities are endless. If you just want to sit, relax and enjoy the views, you will find them to be endless.

This property is as close as you can be to Resurrection Bay and be in town. So it is the best of both worlds. People have told me they have seen whales, otters, sea lions and eagles right from their living room chair. You can sit in comfort and watch all the activities on the bay, such as sailing, kayaking, tug boats, barges, cruise lines, charter fishing boats, commercial fishing boats, tour boats, all going out for the day to experience the Kenai Fjords.
