We had a wonderful time with our family of five! This is a cute, older cabin near a stunning river. The cabin was clean, close to Estes, and had a wonderful hot tub. We felt safe in the cabin and it was easy to access from the main road. I will say that the water pressure was a challenge. But it is an older cabin and those types of issues are to be expected.

We really enjoyed being by the river. Hearing it bubbling along. There were some ducks in it most every day. It was nice it had air conditioning. Needed it a couple times. The front bed is quite comfortable. We had a wonderful time thank you Mike!

Not clean. To many problems to mention. I have pictures. They have other options, just do not choose this cabin. They seriously need a deep cleaning .

There was no communication from this guest. If there was something they needed or if something was not to their liking our welcome messages always tell the guest if there’s something you need let us know and we will take care of it right away. I have no messages from this guest whatsoever. As far as we knew they checked in. They checked out and there was never an issue. Remember to always communicate with your host if you have a concern. The only message I have is from my cleaners the day you checked out saying you did not follow the directions and they had to take extra time to clean up after you.

That problem has been solved being on a well system for time to time the faucet tips and shower heads need to be unscrewed and the filter screens cleared of any debris if you would have messaged me we would have known sooner and could have solved this for you in 10 min

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin! The location right on the river was peaceful and relaxing, and we loved listening to the sound of the water. It was also just an easy 5-minute drive to Estes Park, making it convenient to enjoy all the shops, restaurants, and attractions while still having a quiet place to come back to.The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep after our days exploring the area. The hot tub was fantastic and a perfect way to unwind in the evenings. One feature we especially appreciated was the accessibility ramp, which made it much easier for my brother, who uses a wheelchair, to enjoy the cabin with the rest of our family. It’s not always easy to find accommodations that are both comfortable and accessible, so we were very grateful for that.Overall, this cabin exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for providing such a welcoming, comfortable place for our family!

Great Cabin!

My husband and I stayed in the Kozy Kove over Christmas and it was perfect. Our cabin was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to cook a Christmas dinner. The hot tub was an added bonus, very relaxing and quiet and it was a very short drive into Estes Park. We'll definitely keep it on our list for future visits.

Cozy little cabin

We traveled for our honeymoon and I wanted a cozy cabin in the mountains with a hot tub. This property did not disappoint. It was quiet and clean. Serene views and sounds of the Big Thompson River which is steps away from your cabin. Easy to check in/out. Our stay was great!

Hello it appears you loved everything about the property except the beds we wish every person a 5 star stay however everyone has their own opinion some like it soft some like it hard beds are a hard one to get to be exactly how everyone prefers since so many people prefer their beds differently it’s fair to say your opinion of the beds maybe bad but others may and have liked them just the way they are so please don’t let this persons opinion of the beds be your decision to rent this wonderful cabin near Estes park on the river with a hot tub and peace and quite Thank you
