“Please be informed that this transient vacation rental is located in the tsunami evacuation zone. Please follow the evacuation procedures listed in the photo section and posted at the apartment entrance."

For your at-the-beach vacation, this lovely rental puts you in touch with the ocean, miles of coastline, and romantic star-filled evenings. Nestled on the shore of Kekaha, it offers the sunniest, warmest weather on the island. Magnificent sunsets with evenings so tranquil you can drift off as you watch the moonlight dance like diamonds on the water. This home is designed for gorgeous views, ocean in front and waving green foothills in back.

A one bedroom, one bath accommodation with full size kitchen, dining area, and living room is available for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room has cable TV with premium movie channels, and sofa bed. Extra single bed available.

Swimming, surfing, kite-surfing, paddle boarding, sunbathing, & fishing are available in front of the house. Tennis courts and a boat harbor (offering various cruises), are just minutes away. November through March offers Whale watching from your lanai.

Good location right off the main highway. Nice and clean with an Excellent view of the ocean.Some traffic noise but tolerable with the view. Host always on site for any issues which we had none for a weeks stay.

Listing details accurate. Amazing view. Covered parking. Hum of the air conditioner covered the sound of the road and any roosters which guaranteed great sleeping on very comfortable beds. Quite a bit away from touristy parts of the island which was just what we wanted. But, extremely convenient for those planning to spend time hiking around Waimea Canyon or Kokee State Park. If you’re looking to be in the more commercial touristy area, stay here a few days and then shift to North Shore or Kapaa area.

great location...just literally 30 steps from the beach. We had all the ammentities we needed. Yhe host was extremely responsive. They also had beach toys/equipment we could use at any time.

Location was great for activities we had planned on the southwest side of the island. We was just a 2 mile drive down the road to a park where we enjoyed spectacular sunsets. Host was easy to communicate. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the mornings having our coffee. The kitchen had all the little things (oil, seasonings, etc) that are so helpful if you want to cook.

Host is extremely welcoming and communication is easy but not over bearing or overly present. Property is beautiful and although furnishings are outdated they are comfortable and in acceptable working order. The unit provides plenty of "extras" from condiments, appliances and utensils in the kitchen, to toiletries in the bathroom, including fully stocked beach equipment for use upon request. A gracious host and beautiful quiet location, will definitely be coming back again.

Really comfortable spot with the ocean view to the west and mountain views from the bedroom Only issue was the road noise in front of the property. Wonderful access to secluded beaches and the Wailea State Park. The Kevins and Pam were super friendly and helpful.

Fantastic stay in Kekaha. Very responsive host. I couldn’t figure out how to open the microwave and got a response a few moments later. Very clean and really nice location-right across street from beach and monk seals lying on beach can see from the balcony. Has beach chairs/umbrellas/etc to borrow. Can’t wait to stay here again. Even got to see host Kevin play in his band down the street.

Kevin was extremely welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. He generously offered the use of beach equipment - chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. The place was clean and the kitchen and bath are relatively new. The view over the open ocean can’t be beat, and the proximity to Waimea Canyon is great.
