Loved The Location to The Beach

This was our first time in Rio. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Did everything possible to give as an early check in since our flight arrived early in the morning. Loved the close location to Copacabana beach. Many of restaurants and drugstore nearby. We had a late flight out and was able to leave our luggage at the reception and enjoy the beach until it was time to head to the airport. There is a very nice pool area with indoor and outdoor seating on the roof. The day that we were leaving there was a bar and happy hour going on at the pool. Can't wait to get back to Rio and stay here again. Only complaint was that the bed was not comfortable for us.

Runaround with owner

I had conflict with the owner on my first day that I took possession of the apartment. The conflict with the apartment was the broken sink in the bathroom. The broken sink would leak waste water onto the bathroom floor, which was a slip, trip and fall hazard. The owner told me to address any maintenance problems to the front desk. Okay, I go to the front desk to report and they dont speak english. I use google translate to report the problem to the front desk, and the front desk tells me to report the problem to the owner of the apartment. This runaround made my blood boil. Finally, the sink leak so bad that it flooded the lobby of the hotel, and that is when the sink got fixed !! In the future, I would rather purchase the Brooklyn Bridge from Al Capone rather than rent from these owners.

Muito bom este apartamento, todos itens anunciados são realmente o que se encontra ao chegar ao destino, local privilegiado, para quem nescessita e quer um ótimo local para a sua familia, pode locar este apartamento que jamais irá se arrempeder. Estive durante 07 dias e tudo foi perfeito!! A proprietária é uma pessoa muito prestativa e de responsabilidade, o que nós tratamos e acordamos por email foi exatamente o que eu recebi na minha estadia no apartamento, fico muito grato a ela. O pessoal do South Beach é muito acolhedor, todos sempre muito disponíveis a ajudar ! Eu agradeço por tudo e recomendo muuuuuuito!!! valeu...bom demais! Voltaremos.....
