I had conflict with the owner on my first day that I took possession of the apartment. The conflict with the apartment was the broken sink in the bathroom. The broken sink would leak waste water onto the bathroom floor, which was a slip, trip and fall hazard. The owner told me to address any maintenance problems to the front desk. Okay, I go to the front desk to report and they dont speak english. I use google translate to report the problem to the front desk, and the front desk tells me to report the problem to the owner of the apartment. This runaround made my blood boil. Finally, the sink leak so bad that it flooded the lobby of the hotel, and that is when the sink got fixed !!
In the future, I would rather purchase the Brooklyn Bridge from Al Capone rather than rent from these owners.
