Very disappointing - Avoid
Unfortunately, the accommodation and experience were truly awful. The property was nowhere near as advertised. It was very rundown, and the level of general dirt, grime, and mould around the property made it uninhabitable. The shower was broken, and there were no towels, no bed linen, and no Wi-Fi. This property just had not been looked after and was not prepared for holiday rental, particularly at this price point. Vrbo said they could not help us with relocation and could only help with a refund if the host agreed. Thankfully, the host did agree to a refund. We managed to find new accommodation at considerable expense and vacated the property in less than 24 hours. While the customer service from Vrbo was friendly and professional, it was ultimately unhelpful.
