My partner and I were delighted with Nicole and Tom’s place. Communication was a breeze and response was very quick. Tom welcomed us with lots of great information and was very helpful throughout. The apartment is super clean and comfy and it was so convenient to walk to the beach or Main Street for dinner. We loved hanging out on the porch watching the sunset, having the ocean breezes through the windows and taking a shower outdoors after a day at the beach. The neighborhood was so quiet and safe. Definitely recommend!!

Perfect Month-Long Home

Our stay at this Bradley Beach rental was fantastic. The location was perfect for us, right by the beach and close to everything we needed. The home itself was comfortable and well-equipped, making our month-long stay truly a breeze. It provided the ideal retreat for my kids and me during our transition between homes. We enjoyed exploring the amazing town of Bradley Beach and the surrounding towns (Ocean Grove especially!) and evening walks on the beach, spending time on the huge wrap around porch of the home, and soaking in the peaceful beach vibes. The hosts went above and beyond for us and could not have been more accommodating. I can't thank you enough for making what could have really easily been an awful month for me and my kids into an absolutely amazing one that I know they will never forget, and neither will I. <3

Fantastic Shore Rental

My wife and I loved this rental as it was within walking distance of everything in Bradley Beach. The accommodations and hosts were great. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tom & Nicole for a wonderful trip!

Great Bruce stay

We (family of 4) had a great time in the house of Nicole & Tom. The house feels like your own home. Tom and Nicole can get you good advise and help you directly if you need. Its well equipped and in a quiet Neighbourhood. And, you can go by foot for dining or to the beach!

Perfect

We had a fabulous one month stay at Tom and Nicole’s. It was spotlessly clean, quiet, close to everything in Bradley Beach, and well equipped. The hosts were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. We will absolutely be back.

Bradley Beach Stat

We had a great stay. Nicole and Tom were great hosts, made excellent recommendations, and even shared their garden with us. The apartment is as advertised- updated and cozy. It was perfect when there were 2 of us, a bit tight for 4. A solid walk to the beach but great location for ice cream, bakery and restaurants. Would stay again.

Xmas rental in Bradley

We stayed Christmas week here to be near family. Very pretty rental nicely maintained. Quiet neighborhood. Walk to restaurants and shops and the beach.

An Awesome stay at an awesome location!

Our stay at the Bradley Beach VRBO was awesome. Tom and Nicole were super easy to work with and they were very gracious hosts. The location of the VRBO was perfect for us and it was a fun trip knowing that we were so close to everything. Highly recommend Bradley Beach and Tom and Nicole.

Awesome beautiful apartment

I can't say enough about our experience staying here! The owners were simply great people from the beginning to end of our stay. We stayed for a month myself and two kids everything was amazing.

Summer Delight

Spent the month of July in the PENTHOUSE(as we refer to ) a lovely summer retreat. Home owners could not do enough from time of arrival(help carrying up luggage etc. etc. etc.). The apt. was spotless, the décor so fresh & up to date...outdoor porch delightful to enjoy the breeze. Also loved the Tues. nite band practice in the church parking lot. Looking forward to next July.

I stayed here for 3 months and loved it. The apartment is bright, cheerful, and well equipped. The owners are very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I loved being able to easily walk to the beach, library, movies, shops, and restaurants. The apartment is close to everything, yet set back enough from the road to give you privacy. I highly recommend the place!
