Cozy, peaceful retreat

The cabin was located in a peaceful and private, gorgeous setting. Inside accommodations for cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Outside had nice fire pit area which we enjoyed in the evening.

Great cabin.

This cabin was perfect in its location and amenities. We were able to escape in privacy in a beautiful part of the country. Will definitely stay again and recommend others to do the same.

Cozy getaway

My husband totally loved it. My dog was very comfortable as well. We set up his bed from home in front of the fireplace and he was out like a light. We couldn’t figure out how to light the fireplace but it was all good because it was warm from the heaters in there. Definitely like to revisit in the summer months.

Good place to sneak away to

We loved the quiet little cabin. It was being renovated, but was still a beautiful stay. Lots of hiking trails within driving distance too.

Wonderful stay

This cabin is cute, clean, and cozy and Michelle was very friendly and accommodating. One thing to note is that the property is labeled 5680C at the street. We would definitely stay here again!

Great cabin! Needed some alone time and definitely got it. Very peaceful place, especially sitting by the river and just listening to the sounds of nature.

Great time

Had a nice peaceful time here! Very relaxing. Well supplied with kitchen utensils, pot, etc. For cooking. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to relax! House was clean!!

Peaceful retreat

Quaint, cozy cabin in the woods on a creek. Loved stargazing at night. Great location in Smith Mountain Lake area. Dogs loved running around outside, plenty of open space.

Beautiful cabin, beautiful land, beautiful time.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time staying here for a few days in March. The cabin is very well furnished, very comfortable, and clean. Michelle was great in getting contact with us when we had questions and I would highly recommend staying with them. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!!

Peaceful Getaway

The overall experience of our cabin getaway was very pleasant. I felt that everything we needed to just relax and enjoy nature, was available. Having a campfire at night and looking up at the stars was beautiful. We will gladly come back in the future to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Perfect!

We had such a good time in this cabin. It is very secluded but beautiful and even has a small creek in the woods near the property. About 40 minutes away from marinas and restaurants but totally worth the drive. Highly recommend!

Just what we were looking for!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and made my husband and I feel right at home. It was the perfect weekend getaway. Beautiful scenery, the calmness of the nature surrounding the cabin, just a short drive to Smith Mountain Lake... everything was just what we were looking for.

Private, cozy getaway.

The house is located in a small hollow with a stream running near it. No other visible man-made properties to be seen. Extremely private, beautiful natural vegetation. How amenities are basic but OK. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place

This cabin is in a beautiful location. Several issues: Gas fireplace does not work and the heat seemed to stay in the living room area but the bathroom was freezing cold The front door handle kept falling off The washer was not working properly.

Location, location, location!

If you are looking for a secluded cabin in the woods this is it!!! Very nice, well kept cabin, perfect for a couple who needs a quiet get a way! And don't forget the dogs! There's a creek out back that they loved! I had a minor issue unlocking the door but Michelle had that fixed within minutes. Highly recommend!!!
