Views, Location, Theater Room, Game Room, Hot of room to gather and plenty of room to spread out. And all in a luxury cabin with high end furnishings and upgraded bedding to make your stay as perfect as possible. Your a quick 10-15 minutes from all the fun and conveniences while also being in a quiet secluded area with incredible mountain views.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Check in was easy. Everything was nice except for the dishwasher not working and was told that no one would be there to fix it. Had a lot of people so therefore a lot of dishes to hand wash. Washer and dryer could be updated but did the job. It was everything as described and had enough room for everyone (13). Kids enjoyed the games and a tv for every room. Theater room was nice. Would recommend this cabin to anyone that has a large group. Not too steep of a road.

The only issue was the downstairs carpet was extremely dirty and the oven needs to be replaced. We enjoy the amenities and location.

AMAZING

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in multiple places in the Smokeys and this is by far my favorite. Wonderful rooms, beds were extremely comfortable. It was super clean and very well kept. The view was also amazing as well. The only negative was that, while we were checking out, there was a scorpion in one of the showers while we were putting the dirty towels in there. Other than that, I will most definitely be staying here again very soon.

These smaller scorpions are native to our area, and are not venomous. Each of our cabins are professionally treated by our local pest control company, but, even with our best efforts an occasional insect can sneak in. We were able to play games at this table. So much fun! The view is spectacular! Nice furniture, rocking chairs, beds were comfortable as well. Very nice and clean hot tub. Theater room and game room were perfection. We will definitely stay at this cabin for years to come!

Couples get-a-way

This is something is five couples have been doing for twelve years. I was disappointed that for a four day stay, listed sleeps 16 and there was only 16 towels and washcloths. Issues with the oven, had to get Maintenance out. Issues with fireplace in basement master suite. Could not run fireplace until fire marshal inspected the equipment. The kitchen sink leaks. Just think a good punch list hasn’t been performed in some time.

Unfortunately, the cabin we stayed in last year burned down. Beautiful cabin. Only had a couple complaints. The carpet in the basement should either be cleaned or replaced. It is a very light color and it looks bad. The Curtains in the master bedroom are very cheap and allowed no shield from the morning sun. Other than that, cabin was very nice!

Family Birthday Party Celebration

Great dealing with Elk Springs the entire time - they were in touch and handled all deposits, check-in and check-out information promptly and efficiently. Location was excellent - easy to get to and terrific views especially of the fireworks nightly from Dollywood. Ample parking for multiple cars and nice private outdoor space. Cabin was laid out very well and accommodated our family very well. Our check in was delayed by 1.5 hours due to cleaning crew still on property but all was neat and clean when we got in. Carpet down the stairs could use a cleaning and some furniture was a bit worn but overall all the unit functioned well for a large group. We had a great week and would consider renting again with Elk Springs at this location.

Nice large cabin for family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a nice large cabin that comfortably handled our family of six adults and five young children. The location is excellent and you can get anywhere in Pigeon Forge or Sevierville in less than 20 minutes. The mountain view from the deck was great and really enjoyed sunrises over the mountains. A couple suggestions would be to include some starter basics like coffee filters (maybe even starter coffee), more blankets or throws for the colder months and adequate soap, toilet paper and paper towels. A few of these little extra touches would change this from a 4-1/2 to 5 star review. We own several vacation rental properties and have found that these extra touches get mentioned in reviews and are great for repeat guest visits at minimal cost. It can differentiate you from being just another rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great experience. Pinnacle Vista is a nice cabin however there are a few things that I think should be addressed. The games in the game room should be FULLY functional. It's a little disappointing to look forward to the game room and some of the games are broken. It's sort of a big deal considering it is a luxury guests are paying for. Otherwise it would be more beneficial to pay less for a cabin without a game room. The location of the cabin is in a community. Not as secluded as some of the other cabins we've been to. I just think that should be specified for guests. Other than that, I have no complaints. Elk Springs Resort has been great to us so far!

Very bad experience at Pinnacle Vista Property

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beware the unit was not as described. The pictures of the unit must have been when it was new. Not that way now. Customer service was bad and hard to get in touch with. Unit not clean. We did not have towels until after dinner the first night and they were wet and we had to dry them. Will not be returning.

Thank you for your opinion of your stay at Pinnacle Vista, Janice. The cabin itself was clean. However, the carpets had some stains that could not be removed. After receiving the owner's approval, all of the carpeting in the lower level of the cabin was removed and replaced with beautiful laminate flooring. Customer service will return any missed calls within 15 minutes or less during high volume times. We apologize if they did not answer right away, but you should never have to wait an extended period of time to hear back from them. They were backlogged in the laundry department the day of your arrival. While your towels weren't in your unit upon your arrival, we did get them to you as soon as we could. We are sorry that you feel this stay left a bad taste in your mouth. We certainly hope you could look past these minor hiccups you experienced and would consider a future stay with us.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed for 3 nights. Cabin was clean. Called first night about fireplace not working. The girl that answered the phone was helpful and pleasant. Called again on Friday as fireplace was still not working. Again a girl answered that was very pleasant. Someone came out but couldn't get it fixed and said they would be back on Saturday. No one showed and we called again. A man answered this time and acted like we were breaking up. Tried to call back several times and he wouldn't return call. Not very satisfied with the service this time. We never did have a fireplace.

Great property but couldn’t find it!

Do NOT follow the directions on VRBO. It took us an hour away from the actual cabin. Our trip got off to a very bad start because of this. We would not rent from these people again.

Great vacation home

The house is beautiful. Everyone had plenty of room. The porches had stunning views. The hot tub was put to good use. Everyone had a great time.

Pinnacle Vista Cabin Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an opportunity for our family to get together as a replacement trip for one we had to cancel due to Covid. The Tennessee location worked well as all of us could drive to the cabin. We found a number of hiking trails within a 30 minute to hour drive - beautiful hikes. The cabin itself was a great size and fit for a family of 13. The kids enjoyed the movie room and game room specifically. I would suggest that the cabin be inspected for some of the maintenance issues that come up with large group use. Furnishings look a bit tired, outside picnic table could be replaced, dishwasher door drops down too far, cookware not the greatest, kitchen faucet needs some work. Curtains/blinds need cleaned.
