Summer 2023 at the Arcadia Beach View Cottage! Sparkling Lake Michigan is ready for you , and the view is magnificent!

This cottage sits just across a little lane from the lake with a wide view of the water and the stars. This 3 bedroom, bath and a half cottage with a walkout basement is your go-to for Lake Michigan fun: beach walking, swimming, kayaking, or fishing. Arcadia Dunes trail hiking or wildlife discovery on the wonderful Arcadia Marsh Walk with lunch after at delicious Ketch 22. Golf or dine at either of the Arcadia Dunes courses - enjoy dinner at the club while a piper pipes in the sunset. Try your luck at the Little River Casino in Manistee, enjoy a cocktail at Iron Fish Distillery or an IPA at Storm Cloud Brewery, and eat great food at one of the many quality restaurants in Frankfort and other nearby towns. Want more? Try tubing, fishing, farm markets, boutique shopping, horseback riding.... or just relax on the deck.

Enjoy Lake Michigan views from the elevated deck. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, etc. Wifi, board games and books are also included, and this cottage comes with a washer and dryer. Enjoy a bonfire in the fire pit or grill on the charcoal grill.

Guests usually bring their own sheets and towels but for a small fee of $40 we can include in for rental. There is a queen bed in the lake-facing main bedroom plus a twin daybed. The second upstairs bedroom has two twins and a full bedroom. Then there is a king bed in the first floor bedroom. The shower is a large walk-in style in the full bath. This cottage is normally available by the week. However it is available for the following possible situations over the Labor Day period: Aug 26 to Sept. 1 or through to Sept 4 or 5 as a unit. Alternatively it is open Labor Day weekend, Sept 1-4 or longer to Sept 9 . Sorry, absolutley NO smoking!! No pets.

Guests will notice a temporary tarp as recent storms damaged shingles. Repair is scheduled for non-rental time.

This cottage is also available for six or seven month over-winter rental, inquire for rate.
