Cute Flat Near Downtown Geneva

We enjoyed our stay in this cute and cozy flat. We were within walking distance to downtown Geneva and the historic Smith theater. This is a perfect spot to stay for a Seneca Lake weekend!

Great Apartment

Really enjoyed our stay. Well equipped and in a great location. Wonderful shower. Nice yard, perfect for relaxed grilling. Easy walk to downtown restauranrs, nearby coffee shop and HWS campus.

Great Location, Cute place

Anne was very responsive and easy to work with. You can tell they care a great deal about their properties. Location was perfect, close to multiple lakes and walkable to Linden Street in Geneva. Perfect for a couple getaway! Would book again.

Park Place

Such a wonderful place to stay! Close to EVERYTHING in Geneva and central NY. Seneca Falls, Watkins Glen, Ithaca, Rochester, Canadiagua, Taughannock Falls. Wine tasting and brewery’s everywhere! Hosts were always available and super helpful with local suggestions on food, drink and destinations. Park Place house was exactly what we were looking for during our week long stay.

Muscle man visit

Overall we loved the experience. Our son participated in the iron man event. The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. The Apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. Great amenities, a patio and beautiful fresh flowers on the table. A great experience with some lovely memories. Hope to visit again soon.

Reunion 2 night stay

The St. Clair Suite apartment at 2 Park Place has everything you need. It is beautifully appointed with comfortable furniture and a very comfortable mattress. The location is perfect— close enough to walk to the HWS campus or to the great restaurants and bars downtown. Anne was an excellent host who responded to texts immediately and made the check-in and check-out process a snap.,

Perfect location

This apt. Couldn’t be nicer. The building is so beautifully preserved and Anne, the host has done a fabulous decorating job. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The bed is so comfortable, A/C very effective. The location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants and shops. A note, many places are closed on Sunday and Monday😔. If you’re interested in wine, you’re close to many of the Finger Lake wineries . Craft beef lovers are also in luck with several breweries in walking distance from the apt. Anne is extremely responsive if any question arise, and loves to recommend activities available. Great visit!

Wonderful place to stay!

My sister and I were visiting my niece who is a student at Hobart & William Smith Colleges, and wanted to stay within walking distance of campus and town. The apartment was perfectly located. We only used our car to visit the amazing local wineries along Seneca Lake. The hosts were exceptional and recommended restaurants and wineries based on our individual tastes. The apartment was beautiful with some really nice, comfy extra touches. The kitchen had everything we needed, stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, glasses, dishes, silverware, and a full refrigerator. There is a dining area and a nice living room. The bathroom is located in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and dresser. My sister slept on the pull out couch in the living room, and said it was very comfortable. We were a little concerned that it might be loud at night being so close to campus and the fraternity houses but it was extremely quiet, even though there was a lot going on that weekend on campus. If you want a cozy apartment in the center of all the action, but still want some peace and quiet, look no further. This apartment was absolutely perfect!

Beautiful property, great location

We had a lovely stay at 4 park place. The apartment is immaculate & comfortable. The owners were very nice & helpful. The location is terrific! We walked to dinner downtown, to Monaco’s for coffee in the morning, and the lake is right across the street. We will definitely stay again.

Charming!

Loved staying at this charming home in the St Clair suite. The furnishings are updated yet quaint. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and for traveling to other Finger Lake towns. Would recommend it for an adult getaway.

Perfect home base

Anne and Jerry were wonderful hosts, and the property was exactly as advertised! The furnishings were perfect and met our needs in terms of comfort and functionality. The suite is the perfect “jumping off point” for a walk downtown or to explore neighboring lakes and towns. Anne was very responsive and helped us to find a perfect lunch spot after a day of hiking in Watkins Glen State Park. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming Place in a Perfect Spot for a Finger Lakes Stay

Great find for a single or couple looking to stay in the Finger Lakes region without having to rent a full house. Charming well maintained interiors of a historic home. Water pressure, heat, etc all function well. Small but good functional kitchen. Pleasant and comfortable décor. We had pleasure of bumping into Anne and Jerry, the hosts, who are charming and friendly people. Anne gave us a number of good recommendations in the local area. We hope to stay again.

Quaint get away

This apartment was perfect for the two of us and a reminder of the first apes we had in Brooklyn only much nicer. It is Very clean and cozy. Great location!! Will return.
