Very pleasant week long stay. ProsSuper conveniently located, can walk to many restaurants/barsOwners are very responsive Beds are comfortable Bonus tiny bedroom (only has a twin bed, no closet)Ice maker in freezerSpacious living areasWell kept Great parking Home has many original historic touchesCons Bathrooms are very smallMinimal storage in bedrooms (closets only have hooks)No direct access to house from driveway Minimal window coveringsWe did not find the gas station next door to be an issue. I would suggest taking earplugs and sleep masks. I would not recommend more than 4 people for more than a long weekend due to the bathrooms.

Enjoyed our stay in this spacious, comfortable house right in downtown Geneva. House was short walk to HWS, downtown restaurants, and lakefront/FLX visitor center. We would happily stay here again.

We had a great time in Geneva visiting family and friends and this was the perfect house to stay in. We were able to walk downtown and it was close to other events we had. We would definitely recommend!

I only wish we had more time! Although we spent most of our time walking and exploring the very accessible town, our evenings were spent enjoying the comfortable and eclectically decorated home. I highly recommend this "GEM" for your stay in Geneva.

Our family enjoyed the location, spaciousness, and amenities of this lovely old home. Morning walks to the lake, easy access to plenty of yummy establishments and groceries, and space to spread out were greatly appreciated. Don’t miss Geneva Gelato or Water Street Cafe!

Very good location

We stayed with the intent to go to wineries in the area. It was a very good location in the town. Very clean. And very easy to communicate with the owner!

Wonderful house in Geneva

House was well stocked and clean. House was walkable to all restaurants and shops. Easy drive to many wineries. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels for the group.

Truly a gem!

This very spacious home had plenty of charm and comforts. The beds were comfortable, plenty of blankets, and close to lots. We were very happy with our time there!

Cute and spacious

Perfect house for 3 couples! It was spacious and comfortable with modern and updated decor and appliances. We stayed for 2 nights while attending the Seneca Lake Deck the Halls event. Great location in a quiet area but near many restaurants. We would love to stay here again!

“Old” friends

It was a lovely home and perfect for our reunion. The owner was very nice and was so accommodating. Had a great time recalling old times and catching up.

Great Downtown Property!

We were in town for a wedding at the Cracker Factory and this was ideally located for that! We had easy access to some downtown shops with a nice relaxing house to stay at. The kitchen was a delight and the bedrooms could have slept a lot more that we had. I would definitely rent this again!

We have multiple locations close to the various lakes, each with its own unique touch. I’m originally from the Caribbean so I have incorporated a little to each property.
