La Favolaは、プライベートガーデン、美しいバルコニー、美しい景色を望む広々とした一戸建てヴィラです。

快適に眠る8人。 2フロアに渡って4つのスマートダブルまたはツインベッドルームがあり、それぞれに専用のバスルームがあります。

スタイリッシュな上層階には、素敵なキッチン、広いダイニングホール、快適なリビングルーム、そして2つのベッドルームがあります。

下の階にはエントランスホールがあり、さらに専用バスルーム付きの設備の整った2つのベッドルームがあります。

2つの大きなバルコニーからは一日中太陽が降り注ぎ、山々のパノラマの景色を楽しめます。

友好的な隣人が共有する静かな車線の理想的な場所に位置するヴィラは、夜明けから夕暮れまで日差しを浴びています。そのため、バルコニーと庭園はリラックスしてバーベキューやドリンクを楽しめる素晴らしい場所です。

下のバルコニーには大きな屋外テーブルと8人用の座席があります。

夕方になると、ラファヴォラは美しい山のシルエット、クリケットのさえずり、そして素晴らしい夜の空に魅了されるようになります。

ロマンチックで親しみやすい雰囲気のLa Favolaは、カップルでも、家族ででも、グループで一日の終わりを発見し、夜はリラックスしたい家族全員で素晴らしい滞在を過ごすことができます。

家は快適に装飾され、十分なスペースがあり、家庭的でリラックスした雰囲気です。

その場所のためにそれは忙しい観光地にいることなく、そこから多くの有名な場所を訪問するのに最適な拠点になります。

ウォーキングやサイクリングは多くの息をのむような風光明媚なルートで人気があります。その中にはモンテグリエルモやペッツェダなどの高地にあるものもあります。

Remote but Perfect

Jo was more than helpful and when we got there her neighbour was great with checking in. Exactly as we thought it would be. Would recommend this as a place to stay, it is convenient to visit surrounding lakes and great to relax.

Wonderful chalet

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay in Momentino. The chalet with 4 roomy bedrooms each with their own bathroom and shower, was great. Could use a bit of an update here and there: Kitchen stove. The house is higher up, so nice and cool on hot days!

Amazing!

The house and location were beyond expectations! Jo was so helpful and gave recommendations for local restaurants and activities in the region. The bread and pastries were such a lovely start to each day. Lake iseo was beautiful and we swam in the lake each day. Jo also recommended routes to drive or avoid, which was so helpful as we were not familiar with mountain road driving. Thank you for an amazing week.

Breathtaking!

The house is lokated in a wonderfull small vilage with a breathtaking view! Everyone in the area is extremely friendly and helpful, no matter what the problem is. I never had so much fun finding the direction to a pizzeria ;) You should definitely look at and visit the recommendations for restaurants. It's been a very long time since we were so impressed by the food! We will return!

Pleasant quite stay in the mountains

If you're looking for a quite place to stay in the mountains, this is the right place! The house is big enough for a family with children and a dog. Is it an old "Chalet" with a lot of charm. The owner is very nice and reachable anytime. Everybody in the village is here to help, especially the neighbours if you need anything! We even had bred, drinks and other stuff bought and put in the fridge before our arrival as we arrived on a Sunday. I would recommend the place but be aware that you will need a car if you want to visit bigger cities as you of course need time to go up / down the mountains

Fantastisch verblijf in een prachtige omgeving.

Twee weken verbleven in dit huis. Het huis was ruim, de bedden lagen goed, er was voldoende huishoudelijk gerei aanwezig. Enig minpuntje was dat de douchecabines niet helemaal schoon waren. Eigenaren waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, evenals de buurvrouw. De omgeving is prachtig, de hele vakantie is voor herhaling vatbaar!omgeving was prachtig

Maison très confortable

Tout était très bien. Les chambres, les salles de bain, la salle à manger et le salon, la buanderie etc. La situation permet d’être dans un environnement exceptionnel, mais revers de la médaille, attendez-vous à passer quelques heures en voiture sur des routes étroites et tortueuses si vous voulez visiter la région. Heureusement les automobilistes Italiens sont très courtois. Un petit bémol: il n’y a pas de récipient suffisamment grand pour cuisiner comme il faut des spaghettis pour 8 personnes. Et en Italie c’est quand même dommage.

Tolle Lage mit fantastischem Blick.

Das Haus ist groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir wurden von der Nachbarin freundlich empfangen und sehr nett eingewiesen. Es war nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter auch schon ein bisschen was eingekauft. (Butter, Saft, Milch, Brötchen) Für Mängel, die uns aufgefallen sind (defekte Gasflamme am Herd Probleme mit dem TV) wurde umgehend ein Handwerker organisiert. Der Vermieter war für Rückfragen per WhatsApp erreichbar. Leider gab es kein WLAN im Haus aber guten Handyempfang. Darauf wurden wir jedoch vor der Anreise hingewiesen. Unschlagbar der Blick auf die Berge und die Möglichkeit direkt vor der Haustür den ersten Berg zu erwandern. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen. Der nächste Supermarkt ist gut 15km weg, was aufgrund Straßenlage immer einiges an Zeit in Anspruch nimmt. Aber im Laden im Ort kann man alles notwendige kaufen. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, was für uns mit Hund sehr wichtig war.

Charming house with stunning views

The characterful chalet home with two terraces and extraordinary views were the perfect remedy for a family holiday. Paddle boarding / swimming / windsurfing on Lake Idro, gorgeous mountain walks, great local restaurant and no offer tourists in the area. The village has a cash point / shop / pharmacy and Jo arranged for patisseries and bread to be delivered every morning. An away from it all experience.

Beautiful Views of Italy

First I'd like to say the house and location were ideal. It was such a great place to have my family enjoy Italy. Not a busy tourist location, yet close enough to drive to Milan, Verona and even Venice with a couple of hours. We would definitely like to visit again in the future.

Beau grand chalet assez rustique mais relativement bien équipé et offrant une magnifique vue sur les montagnes. La location est un peu éloignée des différents points de visites et il est très fortement conseillé d'avoir un bon moyen de locomotion.

Uriges Haus in den Bergen

Wir waren 5 Tage in Marmentino und das Haus ist wirklich sehr gemütlich! Jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad, doe Matratzen sind alle gut und das Haus ist mit allem (und mehr) ausgestattet, was man braucht! Ein kleiner Spielplatz u ein Mini Laden sind in laufnähe, für alles andere benötigt man allerdings ein Auto. Dafür kann man uneingeschränkt die herrliche Ruhe der Berge genießen! Thank you Jo for making these vacation a great one!

Un chalet Suisse en Italie !

Très beau séjour. Chalet agréable et très fonctionnel. On peut aussi profiter des terrasses et de la vue ! Au centre de tout, il ne faut pas avoir peur de prendre sa voiture et les petites routes qui tournent et qui montent ! Le séjour est un bon mélange d’activités dans la nature et de visites culturelles ( Brescia, Vérone, Venise, ....). Location à conseiller !

Guten Abend, Wir sind sehr zufrieden bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten. 1. Die Küche bedarf dringende Erneuerung sie alt und das Spülbecken unhygienisch. 2. auf der unteren Etage ist es Klamm feucht es ist unangenehm ins Bett zu gehen. Aber sons alles Super auch die Nachbarn sind sehr nett. Würde es Jedem empfehlen eine Heröiche Aussicht.

Jo moved to Italy in 2004 after visiting the region for holidays.
She took time out after falling in love with Marmentino and its wonderful way of life, it’s scenery, climate, people and of course it’s great food!
La Favola became home for ten years during which time she started a business with local Italian companies and embarked on a journey which eventually brought her back to England.
Having made many friends in the village, and still loving La Favola, she decided not to sell the villa and keep it as her second home from home, and one that in 2018, she and her husband are delighted to let others discover and experience too.
The villa has been closed for two years due to Covid. We are now delighted to open again for summer 2022!

La Favola offers all year round relaxation, enjoying the change of seasons at all times of year.
A delightful villa, immersed in greenery and one to be visited throughout the year. Great for couples, friends or family taking a few days break, or an extended holiday of up to thirty days. The Alpine Style architecture makes the large villa characterful and cosy .
The location escapes the extreme humidity that often makes it too hot to sleep at night, yet basks in heat and sunshine during summer days; the air is warm and fresh, not stifling and arid.
The villa’s aspects are wonderful and the sun rises and sets on both balconies making most days of the year, including Winter, sunny and uplifting with the skies and mountains shining in the sunlight.
The climate is lovely all year round and the air is clean.
All of the seasons can be enjoyed: Spring with beautiful alpine flowers, Summer with lazy days and local festivals, Autumn with a stunning display of colour, and Winter with snowy days and skiing close by.

Both romantic and welcoming, La Favola makes a great stay for all, including couples, families or groups of friends who want to discover the region by day and relax in the evenings.
Ideally positioned on a quiet lane shared by friendly neighbours, the villa receives full sun from dawn until dusk and therefore its balconies and gardens are wonderful places to relax and dine with barbeque and drinks.
In the evening La Favola becomes truly enchanting with beautiful mountain silhouettes, crickets chirping and amazing night time skies.
The house is comfortably furnished and well equipped with plenty of space, making it homely and relaxing. Due to its location it makes a great base from which to visit many renowned places, without being in a busy tourist resort.
Walking and cycling are popular with many breathtaking scenic routes, some on the doorstep and others at higher altitude such as Monte Guglielmo and Pezzeda. Other memorable days out can be found at Lake Iseo, Lake Garda and Lake Idro, with wine tours and golf at nearby Franciacorta.
