Super!

Michele is a super friendly landlady. She helped us with everything and good tell us the best places in Nizza and around. Also the apartment had everything we needed and we had no problems with our dog.

Fabulous

This apartment is absolutely fantastic- very comfortable- my husband and I enjoyed a lovely week in May 2017. The weather was wonderful and we enjoyed great sight seeing around Nice and also enjoyed very peaceful afternoons sun bathing on the gorgeous private balcony. I cannot express enough how helpful and lovely Michele was. Answering all my queries prior to booking and offering to pick us up at airport on arrival to advice about trains and buses she was a wonderful hostess. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment as a base to explore Nice and surrounding areas. It is a little out of Nice city centre but that means a very peaceful holiday. Fabulous

Excellent experience, loved it!

Michele's place was exactly as it was shown, and in fact exceeded our expectations. It was lovely, gorgeous patio, well equipped with many thoughtful extras. W stayed for a week Michele was a wealth of information about the area, and even picked us up at the train station when we arrived, and dropped us off when we left! Michele was a wonderful host. She lives next door and it was helpful to know in case of any problems. ( which there weren't any! ) and she was so helpful, checking in with us, and offering suggestions to make our stay more enjoyable. The property was very close to the supermarket, on the bus route and we used the public transport and local trains so we had no need for a car. We would highly recommend Michele's property and would definitely return. Ian and Maureen Canada

My wife and I stayed in this one bedroom apartment with a kitchen and a bathroom for one week in early July for visiting the vicinity of Nice. We both enjoyed our stay. My wife especially liked the washing machine and washed our clothes daily. The landlady - Ms. Michele was very kind and helpful. The apartment is spacious, clean, neat, and with a terrace and great views. The air conditioner worked great. The apartment is in a gated community, it is secure and quiet. We had our designated parking space for our rental car. We drove to Carrefour to purchase some groceries for breakfast. The kitchen was quite helpful. We would highly recommend this apartment for visiting Nice.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare, entspannte Woche! Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders möchten wir die herzliche und aufmerksame Vermieterin hervorheben – sie hat uns am Ende sogar netterweise zum Flughafen gebracht. Vielen Dank für alles!

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. La propriétaire était présente à notre arrivée et avait même déposé ce qu'il fallait pour le premier petit déjeuner. Excellent accueil et très disponible pour tout renseignement. Je recommande Seul bémol, la ligne d'autobus arrête à 19h le dimanche, une fois prévenu, on fait avec ;-)

Le bel appart avec le grand balcon est un point ideal pour explorer Nice. On se sent immédiatement comme a la maison. Michele est une hôtesse très aimable et attentive.

De belles vacances

La ville de Nice offre ts les plaisirs des vacances : le soleil, la mer, la culture, la beauté de l'arrière pays à moins d'1/2h. L'appartement était très confortable, très bien équipé, aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur et très calme. La propriétaire était très agréable, disponible et très serviable. L'arrêt de bus était à deux pas de l'appartement. Le bus régulier permet d'aller à la plage en 10mn. Compter 3/4 d'heure pr aller en centre ville. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très bonne semaine La propriétaire des lieux est vraiment très accueillante, très attentionnée. L'appartement est très bien, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, la terrasse est superbe avec une belle vue sur les montagnes et même un peu la mer. Nous recommandons vraiment la location.

Très bonne location

Location propre, spacieuse et silencieuse. La propriétaire donne beaucoup de renseignements et est soucieuse du bon séjour des locataires. Location un peu éloignée du centre de Nice. Mais accès en bus et tramway très facile et rapide. Nous avons même pu aller sur Monaco en Bus. Commerce à coté pour les courses. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la location.

Fina minnen från Nice

Trevlig lägenhet i utkanten av Nice centrum, lugnt och skönt med en härlig terass. Bra allmänna kommunikationsmedel alldeles i närheten om man inte vill promenera in till centrum, även livsmedelsbutik och bagare fanns inte långt från boendet. Ägaren till boendet ( Michele ) helt fantastisk och gjorde allt för att vår vistelse skulle bli så bra som möjligt.

Great apartment!

We had a really great holiday in Nice. We enjoyed wonderful terrace with a stunning view. In the apartment there's everything you need (bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment etc.), it's close to the beach (20 minutes walk, 7 minutes by bus) and to the center (30 minutes by bus), there is a great public transport in Nice.. The owner is a very nice person, very helpful. We highly recommend !!!

Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire, qui donne beaucoup de renseignements utiles (excursions à faire, transports. ..) Appartement très agréable avec une grande terrasse et vue dégagée sur les montagnes ; arrêt du bus (à quelqueq minutes à peine ) qui nous emmène jusqu'au bout de la promenade des Anglais, et avec correspondance avec le tramway. Bref, une très bonne adresse à recommander !!

Amazing!

It was an absolutely amazing apartment! My husband and I are very grateful for Michelle's hospitality. The apartment is very comfortable, bright, the terrace is huge and has an amazing view. Our pets loved it as well. Would happily recommend this home!

Très bonne location

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire qui nous a fourni les informations nécessaires pour notre séjour. L'appartement était conforme à notre attente, silencieux et spacieux. Un peu en retrait du bord de mer, la résidence est très bien desservie par les transports en commun, idéal pour celui qui ne veut pas utiliser son véhicule. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.
