Absolutely perfect

So much space! Big kitchen, big bedrooms, big bathrooms, two living areas (one upstairs, one downstairs). Lots of parking available because the house is right across from the pool.

Clean, spacious, and a comfortable stay!

We loved staying here! We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids. The master bedroom suites were very spacious and comfortable. I loved that there was a pack-n-play for our baby. It was spotless clean. The kids loved swimming at the pool. The only problem was that the pool fob was missing from our rental. Red Rock was great at communicating with us and resolved the problem quickly. We will definitely book here again! reproquickagaina!agagfuture!

In town to see our Kids and Grandkids

We were very happy with our stay at Sunnyside. The home was exactly as pictured. It was clean, the furniture was nice, and it had everything that you could want in a vacation rental. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great Stay!!

The house had everything we needed and we enjoyed being right across from the pool! We were in town for a baseball tournament so it was a very fun house for all of our kiddos! Definitely would stay again

Great for a golf getaway!

Stayed here with a couple of friends for a quick golf getaway. This was one of the nicest places we’ve ever rented. Very clean, great decor, comfortable beds, good water pressure, good AC…not one thing that made us say “it would be nice if…” I highly recommend this place.

Loved It

This condo is much bigger than the photos show. We had two families and LOVED the two master bedrooms. Lots of room for all the kids and lots of bathrooms. DEFINITELY will stay again.

Perfect home to relax near Zion Park

We stayed in the house with 2 teens and the game room plus heated swimming pool (+ jacuzzi) across the street was a hit. Inside the house we found everything we needed to prepare dinner and breakfast. Being between St George and Hurricane it was ideal to visit St George and hikes surrounding trails. We rented ATV from Mad Moose Rental and we highly recommend their service and price.

Convenient

Well appointed and convenient base for Zion and other points of interest. Garage was handy for storing bikes when we were touring. Very nice.

Great getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool was right across from the garage, and within walking distance to a little pond where you could fish. Everything was clean and well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again. The only issues we had was the garage door keypad stopped working, but they were quick to send a repairman.

Great stay, could be cleaner

The neighborhood was perfect for our 1 week trip! It was just about 40 minutes from Zion, and very close to St. George. The proximity to the pool was really convenient as well and added to the good vobes! The house itself was well decorated and spacious, and from first glance looked pretty clean. However, the shower in the master bedroom upstairs had that pink bacteria in it, and the blanket on the bed had some stains.

Already want to come back

A great house and floor plan for a family. We had plenty of space for sleeping and the beds were all comfortable. Rooms were a little hot and stuffy at night & we weren't able to adjust the air. Will crack a window next time because we'll for sure book here again. The heated pool was a hit with the kids, even though it was 45 degrees!

Great stay

We very much enjoyed the time at the house. Good location for going to the Sand Hollow Reservoir and also sites in St. George. We came for the warmth of Utah and the pool. They have a nice pool facility, since we were wanting to relax the only drawback was there were tons of kids. we have experienced that same issue at spring break but not necessarily in the fall. Still the location is great and it was a very nice stay. It is a nice home that is well laid out and well stocked.

Red Rock was lovely to work with and we have been so please the three times so far that we have worked with them! We plan on coming back to such a professional and customer-oriented company that manages beautiful rentals with all the amenities to make a fabulous visit! We were disappointed that the cooktop was missing some of its knobs, but are sure that will be remedied soon knowing the caliber of the rentals we have rented through Red Rock. We would recommend this home anytime! The layout is wonderful, the location is fabulous and has wonderful extra amenities in the pool, park, and pond. St. George and Washington have great outdoor and indoor activities. We are looking forward to coming back!
