Beautiful Sardinia is on your doorstep!

Brilliant location and a perfect little property make for an amazing stay. The rooftop terrazza is perfect for sunbathing during the day and drinking aperitivi while watching the sun go down. The proximity of such a quiet and relaxed beach (literally 3 minutes walk) is stunning. Our host was very accommodating and friendly. Grazie, signora Silvia: arrivederci! I hope to return.

I am very happy that you enjoyed the house, the terrace which lends itself to sunset aperitifs and not only that, the village beach too. I met the guests in person, very nice and helpful, definitely to be recommended I hope to meet them again

Very comfortable enjoyable stay

We had a very enjoyable stay here. The villa is in a great location, with a small, quiet beach less than five minutes walk away and a communal pool less than two minutes. The villa was very clean. We loved the outdoor space - two terraces and one roof terrace- great for enjoying sundowners and watching the sunset over the water. The small kitchen is ideal for preparing breakfast/coffee and light meals. The second bedroom is suitable for one older teen or two young children. The one weakness is the shower pressure in the main bathroom, which is a little slow. A very helpful and charming local manager who supported us through check-in and check-out. We had a problem with the refrigerator in the kitchen, and within twenty-four hours, she organised a replacement. Very easy communication with the owner, too; very helpful and understanding when there was a mix-up over the payment. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday in Baja Sardinia and look forward to returning soon.

Sehr schönes Haus mit einem tollen Aussenbereich & top Umgebung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und befindet sich in einer schönen und gepflegten Umgebung. Der Aussenbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein und bietet eine top Aussicht direkt auf das Meer. Wir haben alles so wie in der Beschreibung vorgefunden (kurze Gehdistanzen zum Pool und Meer usw.). Ebenfalls befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gehdistanz (ca. 10 Minuten) - ein Auto ist aber von Vorteil (ca. 5 Minuten). Baja Sardinia ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für unzählige Ausflüge. Ein paar der schönsten Strände Sardiniens befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 5 - 30 Minuten Fahrdistanz mit dem Auto). Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern und die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr angenehm. Wir wurden super betreut, konnten uns bei Fragen jederzeit melden und bekamen immer sofort Antwort! Sollten wir zukünftig wieder einmal nach Baja Sardinien reisen, würden wir sofort wieder dieses Haus wählen. Vielen Dank für die grossartigen Ferien!

POSTO INCANTEVOLE IN COSTA SMERALDA

La villetta è ideale per trascorrere le proprie vacanze in Costa Smeralda. Fa parte di un delizioso complesso di case ben curate con una piscina e un campo da tennis al centro. La casa è arredata con gusto ed è anche molto fresca nonostante la calura estiva. La proprietarie e la signora che accoglie gli ospiti in loco sono straordinariamente gentili e disponibili. Le spiagge sono raggiungibili a piedi o in auto in pochissimo tempo. E' stato davvero un soggiorno ideale.

Stupenda

Abbiamo passato quasi due settimane meravigliose (2 adulti e 2 adolescenti) in questa casa fornita di tutto l’occorrente. Veranda e giardino impagabili con vista sul golfo di cannigione. La piscina comune è a due passi ed è perfetta e mai affollata. Posizione tattica per tutte le spiaggie più belle, a 5 minuti di auto sia da baja sardinia che da Cannigione. Assolutamente consigliata! Unico piccolo neo per chi ama dormire al mattino gli efficientissimi giardinieri del complesso che già alle 7,30 fanno il giro dei giardini a rastrellare, potare e sistemare, ma è poca cosa. Silvia la proprietaria e Milena, la persona che vi supporterà durante la permanenza sono gentili e disponibilissime!

Sehr schön gelegen, kurze Wege zum Pool und Strand. Leider wurde peinlich auf die Einhaltung der Mittagsruhe zw. 14-16 Uhr am Pool geachtet. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet, eine Klimaanlage wäre allerdings nicht schlecht . Ein Fahrzeug ist zwingend erforderlich. Abends hört man die Animation von der gegenüber liegenden Clubanlage, uns hat es nicht sehr gestört. Netter Kontakt zum Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Charmantes Ferienhäuschen

Die Übergabe erfolgte durch die Eigentümer persönlich und alles wurde perfekt erklärt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über alle notwendigen Einrichtungen. Die Sonnenterrasse wie auch die gemütliche Dachterrasse laden zum Verweilen draußen ein. Das Haus ist verkehrsgünstig im Umfeld der Standstadt Baja Sardegna gelegen, ein prima Supermarkt ist in 5 Min zu erreichen und tolle Traum-Strände gibt es allerorts. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great location with big Pool and Terrace

We had great days in this home. The Pool is 1 Min. walk and really big (17 m long), so that it never gets crowded. The see is 3 minutes walk with a little beach and not too many people in July. The house has 2 big terraces with a beautiful view to the see. Kitchen is ok, with everything you need. The double bed is good and large. The two single beds are more for kids than for adults. A supermarket is 1 minute away with the car. The location is perfectly situated to all nice beaches. 3 minutes by car to Baia Sardinia, 10 Minutes to Porto Servo. We had some trouble with the WIFI and dishwasher during our holidays (which are both new now) but the host solved everything very quickly and uncomplicatetly. Only one star less because there is no air conditioner, which makes it really hot in July. Thanks for the great holidays!

Schönes Haus in noch schönerer gepflegter sehr ruhiger Anlage mit tollem Pool und Tennisplatz

Dachterasse und Terasse toll .Ausendusche sehr schön alles gepflegt genügend Besteck schönes Geschirr und Gläser . Man sieht Haus wird von Vermieter bewohnt geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet . Sehr sauber für Italien .WiFi war perfect .Pool sehr groß und immer leer .Tennisplatz gut zu bespielen. Meerblick aber weit weg .Luftlinie 100 Meter zu laufen 250 Meter. Strand nicht überfüllt sehr klares Wasser dunkler Sand Haus ist nicht groß wir waren zu 3 zu 4 wird dann schon eng
