Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wohnung wie beschrieben, tolle Lage direkt am Yachthafen, viele Bars und Restaurants und Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar, schöner Balkon mit Blick auf den Hafen und Sonnenuntergang, beim check-in war Vermieter leider nicht vor Ort zur Schlüsselübergabe, mussten Schlüssel in einem hinterlegten Lock im Hafen mit Hilfe eines Videos suchen ...

Heerlijk uitzicht op de haven, airco en ventilatoren. Verder alles prima voor elkaar. Het meubilair op het balkon is wel aan vernieuwing toe. Verder fijne vakantie gehad

Hervorragende Lage direkt am Hafenbecken mit den vielen Fischen. Lebensmittelgeschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe, gleichfalls mindestens 10 Restaurants und Tapas-Bars. Für kühle Tage stand zusätzlich zu der Klimaanlage ein Gasofen zur Verfügung.

Fantastiskt läge och trevligt inrett

Mycket fin lägenhet med trevlig och modern inredning. Vi bodde en månad och upplevde köksinredningen som väldigt spartansk,tyvärr. Bara två plattor på spisen och inte särskilt mycket utrustning i köket, annars var allting mycket bra! Lugnt läge trots mycket centralt med många restauranger runt omkring.

Superb view of the marina

We stayed in September and the weather was fabulous. The views and sunsets from the apartment are first-class. Perfect location for marina and beach and the tapas bars were brilliant too.

Excellent apartment

The apartment is very good to take some holidays in family. It has everything you need, to cook and to rest. The apartment is set in the outline of the sailboat marina. From the balcony you have a view of the marina, the beach and the sea. The beach is 100 meters away. The owner is very professional.

Gezellig en ruim appartement + ideale ligging

Het appartement geeft vanop het ruime terras een mooi zicht op de jachthaven en s'avonds ook op de ondergaande zon. Het is een ideale uitvalsbasis om de streek te verkennen en na een daguitstap tot rust te komen. Het appartement is goed uitgerust en alle faciliteiten zijn bereikbaar op wandelafstand waaronder een Mercadona (grootwarenhuis). Almerimar biedt mooie en brede stranden en een lange strandboulevard die ideaal is om te fietsen, te joggen of te wandelen. Het hele jaar door vind je er tal van bars en restaurants. Een aanrader! Zalige vakantie op een schitterende plaats!

We were able to experience a wonderful time during our 4 week stay in Almerimar. The apartment is beautifully situated. In the morning when you get up, you can see from the bedroom, the pleasure boats bobbing in the harbor, the sea as background. All day long, you can enjoy the hustle and bustle in and around the harbor. After a few minutes walk, you arrive at the beach. Along a long, quiet boulevard, parallel to the beach, you can walk about 5 km away from carefree to the next village. On the other side of the harbor, in the parklands there also a kilometers long beach, but no facilities ideal for those seeking peace. A big and small grocery store where you can find everything, are nearby. Restaurants and pubs are sufficient. No problem to park the car. The apartment is very good equipped: we had all we needed. Bedroom and beds, the bathroom, the living room and the kitchen: everything was OK. And last bud not least: indeed, everyday we saw the sun! Not always 12 hours, but everyday she was there, in march and begin april and every evening a wonderful sunset!

Our winter stay (October to December 2016)

The description listed for this apartment was accurate and met all our expectations. The location was fabulous with the living room balcony overlooking the busy marina - sunsets to die for! Although we arrived late in the evening, we were met with a warm welcome and shown around the facilities. The apartment is well maintained and clean. the kitchen provides utensils necessary for basic cooking - however with the number of excellent tapas bars within minutes, eating in other than breakfast was a rarity!! There are numerous shops and restaurants dotted around the port, two blue flag beaches within an easy walk with long flat promenades for walking or cycling. Kite surfing, wind surfing, sailing, and scuba diving are all available to those interested, and good safe swimming (even in December). Bus stops are also within easy reach to both Almeria and El Ejido and very cheap, regular and to timetable compared to the UK. Wifi worked perfectly through out our stay. The owner responded to all our queries and questions promptly by email and phone. We would certainly recommend this apartment and look forward to returning - hopefully this year.
