この施設について

The house is at the "Cola di Mola", just 1 km from the romantic and exclusive seafront Porto Azzurro. Sea distance, very close, give a fantastic view for relaxing lunches and dinners on the terrace. It's sleeping places for 4, 2 sleeping rooms with double beds. The bathroom has a shower cabinet and good space. The kitchen and living room has a open solution and has table, sofa and a wood stove that makes it possible with romantic moments also on cooler periods of the year. Almost everything has been renovated. (2015-2016)
Air condition is installed in all the house, making it cool on hot summer days. it's private access to the house, with parking places for 2-3 cars.
Including in the price it's towels for the bathroom, washing one time a week and new bed sheets (if staying more than one week).

Lovely hillside stay

This place was great for our five person family. The outdoor dining was lovely, the place had all we really needed, and we were easy driving or bike riding distance to whatever we needed. Sunride was especially beautiful. We'd definjtely stay again.

Cozy house with beautiful views from Terrace and Garden

Nicely renovated and wonderfully cozy house. We and our dog loved the place. Dog beach just opposite the drive, in walking distance. House well situated near Porto Azzurro, Capoliveri and not far from Portoferraio. Very friendly hosts.

Short stay but lovely time!

Heidi and Reto were so helpful and clear with all the information we needed. We had a lovely time and just stayed for one night, but still be able to go to two beaches (Spiaggia delle Ghiaie and Lido di Capoliveri) as they were very close to the house (between 10/20 minutes by car!). Thank you, Heidi and Reto, we will be surely consider this accomodation if we come back to Isola d’Elba again!

Heavenly!

This is a great vacation rental. Marvelously comfortable (good bed!), amazing view. We spent almost all of our stay there on the terrace. The yard is also nice and offers another pleasant place to sit. The kitchen is compact and well equipped. Driving into town to grocery shop was easy and quick. We rent a lot of places, in both Europe and the US, and this goes down as one of the very favorites.

Cosy home with beautiful view

We had a lovely week on Elba in this cosy apartment! Felt immediately at home with the fire and stunning view of the sea! Great location to Porto Azzurro and the rest of the island. Couldn’t recommend more! Just make sure your car isn’t too low for the ride up otherwise you will be hitting the floor the entire time - but we were told this will be fixed this year :)

Enjoy your holiday there

We enjoyed our holidays on this island. All promises showed are reality. Nice beaches are reachable by car or scooter. The location was very clean and comfortable, scenic overview fantastic. The communication with the owner perfect. One time we needed help and between minutes we got answer to solve the problem. We can only recommend this location

Great property

As a family of 4, we stayed for about a week in July 2025. Overall, it is a great option for Elba, we enjoyed our stay, and we will consider coming back.What we liked:- Outdoor space- View of the bay- Air conditioning worked perfectly- Location..short drive to Porto Azzurro, Capoliveri, and beaches- Quiet area- Space to park the car- Outdoor shower- Spacious bathroom and shower- Kitchen lacks a dishwasher, but it is well equipped with a full fridge, pots, plates,...- Very easy check-in process- internet works fineWhat we would suggest improving:- pillows can be improved- towels were kind of old and just the minimum count...we have stayed in places that provide abundance of towels including beach towels- putting a ceiling fan over the outdoor dinner area would help in hot summer nights- It would be nice if the second bedroom can be configured with two single beds instead of just a double bed

Das Haus ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung entspricht genau der Beschreibung.Besonders zu erwähnen ist die herzliche Kommunikation mit den netten Gastgebern und die wirklich ganz traumhafte, ruhige Lage mit Blick auf das Meer und die Felsen vor dem Hafen von Porto Azzurro. Unsere Erwartungen wurden in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen und wir kommen ganz sicher einmal wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus - mit viel Liebe eingerichtet

Wir hatten einen tollen Wanderurlaub. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln. Top sauber - hatten eigentlich bisher noch keine Ferienunterkunft, in der wir uns gleich so wohl gefühlt haben. Die Straße unterhalb des Hauses hat uns nicht wirklich gestört. Die kurze steile Zufahrt zum Haus war mit einem VW Bus machbar - aber durchaus zum Teil eine kleine Herausforderung :)

Ein schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten ein wunderbare Zeit auf der Insel und in dem schönen Ferienhaus. Es ist alles nötige vorhanden um sich selber zu versorgen. Das ist seh geschmackvoll eingerichte .Die Betten und auch alle Sitzmöbel sind sehr gut. Die Ein-sowie Auffahrt ist schon etwas abenteuerlich, mit kleinen Autos bestimmt nicht so koplieziert, aber mit Großen, naja! Die laute Straße, ist auch so ein kleiner Wermutstropfen. der Blick

Was für ein wundervoller Blick in die Bucht von Porto Azzuro und Capoliveri vom Garten aus. Ein kleines sauberes Ferienhaus, ein Lob an die Eigentümer. Die steile Auffahrt war spannend und ist für kleinere Autos besser geeignet. Einfach wundervoll!!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Meerblickterrasse

Das Schönste an diesem kleinen, sehr sauberen Ferienhaus ist die wunderschöne große Terrasse mit dem tollen Meerblick. Wir haben es sehr genossen dort zu frühstücken und auf den bequemen Liegen in der Sonne zu liegen, was sogar schon im März möglich war. Der schöne Holzofen in der Essecke hat uns gute Dienste an den kühlen Abenden geleistet, zusätzlich zu der auf Heizen umstellbaren Klimaanlage. Die Betten sind ok und das sehr schöne Bad mit Dusche recht groß. Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet und auf dem Außengrill haben wir leckere Steaks zubereitet. Die Kommunikation mit der sehr netten Vermieterin Heidi lief auf Englisch äußerst gut und ich bekam alle Antworten umgehend.Bei Ankunft fanden den Schlüssel in einem Schlüsselkasten gegen Eingabe eines Codes. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr praktisch, da nur 4 Autominuten vom sehr schönen Porto Azzurro entfernt, nahe an Capolivieri und nur 20 Minuten nach Portoferraio. Der Hundestrand ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, aber zum Baden nicht schön. In wenigen Autominuten erreicht man allerdings sehr schöne Sandstrände. Es ist wirklich schade, daß die unterhalb des Hauses liegende viel befahrene Straße tagsüber recht laut ist. Nachts ist zum Glück Ruhe. Der steile Weg hoch zum Haus ist leider in einem sehr schlechten Zustand mit riesigen Schlaglöchern, die unbedingt mal ausgebessert werden sollten. In manchen Bewertungen stand man benötigt ein Allradauto. Das ist nicht nötig, solange das Auto nicht tiefer gelegt ist und der Fahrer keine Angst vor steilen Wegen hat. Uns hat das Häuschen, mal von der Straße abgesehen, sehr gut gefallen.

wunderbarer Urlaub

Sehr gepflegtes, komfortables Haus in idealer Lage zu Porto Azzurro und Capoliveri und einer Vielzahl von schönen Stränden. Wir waren zum 2ten Mal in diesem Objekt und haben den Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen. Wir können dieses schöne Haus sehr empfehlen. Die Gastgeber sind jederzeit erreichbar und alle Fragen werden direkt und sehr freundlich beantwortet.
