This inviting two-story retreat at Nemo Cay Resort is perfectly designed for families and groups who want to be close to the action. With its coastal décor, spacious layout, and private patio, the home feels both stylish and comfortable. Guests love the poolside location—just steps to the resort pool and playground—making it easy for both kids and adults to relax and enjoy every moment of their vacation.

Nemo Cay Resort is currently undergoing renovations to the playground area. The old playground has been removed and an exciting new one will be installed between October - November 2025. Pricing reflects this, and no extra discounts apply. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals with modern appliances and ample counter space. The dining area offers seating for eleven, perfect for family dinners or group gatherings. A 12-cup coffee maker is included to start your mornings right.

It was ok

The location was as described. Biggest complaint was the cleanliness. The floor downstairs didnt look as if it had been cleaned at all, nor the dining room table. Also, one of the cabinets had some old food left in it (old bag of donuts) which a bit off putting. Outside of that, everything else was fine. If we are paying as much as we are in cleaning fees, i expect it to be throroughly cleaned, just like im sure the next person who comes in behind us would want the same.

Great stay for family fun!

This condo was great, very spacious with great amenities for the kids! There is lots to do nearby or just stay in to enjoy the playground & pool.

Awesome mini vacay

We really enjoyed our stayed at the Nemo Cay House. It was very nice and clean. Plenty of room in all the bedrooms, kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the private patio and pool. Patio was very clean as well. It met all of our expectancies. expec.

Awesome place for kids!

We stayed poolside, and with 5 kids (ranging 7-16yrs) it was great to be able to let them go to the pool and easily supervise. The place was clean, well stocked and had plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids. We had a great time.

Clean, well equipped & great location

Our stay here was awesome! Although we weren't right on the beach, the drive is only several minutes away. The pool was amazing! I was able to enjoy myself because my child (7 y/o) was busy in the shallow kiddie pool. I was able to swim laps without having to hover over him the whole time. Very relaxing stay will book again for sure!

Great Location and Clean Place

Overall the property was great. Big beds, clean house and pool location was nice. Only issue I had with the property is the washer that we used on the last day. Water barely drips out when unit is on and was pretty dirty but other than that everything else in the unit worked fine and was clean. 2 min from whitecap so quick and easy access to the beach. Will stay again!

Reviewer Comments: The condo has a favorable location in the town; although it is not directly in front of the beach, it is close to the avenue that leads to the beach. Additionally, there is a gas station and supermarket nearby.There is a patio in the back that connects with the pool and playground; that's pretty cool. Bring your own towels for the beach and for taking a shower; even when the capacity is 10, there are 2 towels per room. I don't know if you can request more; we went out early and came back late. Also, bring salt, coffee, sugar, oil, and everything else you need to cook and shampoo, as the instructions say.The price was good, and the beds and furniture were comfortable, so we'll be happy to be back.No complaint at all.

Completely understand that stuff happens however that is not why I am upset. I get a call Sunday that the washer is broken and was told I would be updated by Sunday evening. Monday comes still no call. I call and speak with maintenance and was told someone would not come look at washer till Tuesday evening. Tuesday evening comes we were told it was a small part that he might have back at the shop. Was never updated after that. Wednesday comes and we desperately need to wash and couldn’t never received call on when it would be fixed I was told I would get a call I call again and wanted to speak to management to see if we could get a small refund due to this inconvenience. We specifically booked a condo with a washer because we did not pack enough clothes for our entire stay. We paid over $3,000 and aside from everything else that we enjoyed this was just a huge inconvenience. We called management again and was told she was out of her office and we would get a call back and we never did. We felt we were not cared about as stated on your website and all over papers we received. This was our 3rd year booking with padre escapes and this was by far the worst year.

Nice place

Beautiful condo and a great size for the family. Found a few dead roaches but that’s not a deal breakers as they were dead and didn’t see any others the entire stay. I would rent again!
