Beautiful 2 Bedroom Townhouse/Villa with Fabulous Sea View on Resort with Pools

This 2 bedroom townhouse/villa is on the beautiful resort of Quinta de Sao Roque, an exclusive beachside development set amongst sub tropical gardens with 2 swimming pools (an adults only and a family pool) .

On the ground floor of the house is an open plan living room, dining area and well equipped modern kitchen. Patio doors open out on to a terrace with BBQ and a fantastic sea view. Also on the ground floor is a WC. Stairs lead from the hallway up to the first floor with two bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and patio doors opening onto a spacious balcony with panaromaic view across Meia beach and the Monchique mountains. The second bedroom has twin beds. The main house bathroom has a bath with shower over.

Overlooking the beautiful Meia Praia beach near Lagos. The views surrounding Quinta de Sao Roque are stunning with the Monchique mountains forming the perfect backdrop and Palmeres golf course next door, it is ideally situated for enjoying the best of the Algarve. The large beach of Meia Praia is a 10 minute stroll away where there are numerous beach bars and restaurants. The vibrant town of Lagos with its old cobbled street with bars and restaurants and lively marina, is just a 5 minute drive away or around 30-40minute walk along Meia Praia beach.
Lagos also boasts some of the Algarve's most picturesque beaches with plenty of activities for all the family.

Fabulous

Just returned from a wonderful stay at this lovely house. This was a great holiday from start to finish. The house was even better than described. Absolutely spotless and well equipped and a fantastic sea view. The facilities on the resort are really nice with two pool areas that were always quiet and no problem finding a sun lounger. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The lovely Meia Praia beach is no more than a ten minute walk and its so big! Perfect for nice long beach walks. We got taxis into Lagos at night and found them to be very reasonably priced. We really loved Lagos. There were so many bars and restaurants to choose from and we enjoyed every meal we had. We are without a doubt going back here again and we cannot recommend it enough.
