The apartment in Lucca has capacity for 5 people.

The apartment is comfortable, is ample, and is 120 m².

The house is situated along Via della Quarquonia, in a family-friendly neighborhood in the center of the city in the proximity of an underground parking (charged extra) called Parking Mazzini. Restaurants, shops, bars and groceries are within a 2 mins walk away.

The accommodation is equipped with the following items: terrace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, single boiler on gas, covered parking near the building, TV.

In the gas independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.

Spacious apartment inside the walls

This is the third time we have stayed at La Casa in Centro. The location is ideal: a few steps from the wall, 10 mins to the nearest supermarket and a few minutes more in to the centre of the city. The apartment is ideal for a family with lots of room and 2 lovely balconies. If we had any queries, they were dealt with promptly by the agency staff. Elizabeth the house manager provided excellent customer service. We hope to return again next year.

Great location in beautiful Lucca but short on kitchen equipment

We loved the location . It felt local and was quiet but had good restaurants down the road. The property is art deco. I almost expected Tom Ripley to appear. The apartment is on the second floor 40 steps up a beautiful staircase. The flat is large but with quirky interiors. The kitchen was very small and poorly equipped. We were a party of 2 and struggled to find enough equipment for cooking. Also there were issues with electrics. The power tripped with the oven and a kettle going. Easy to put back on but be warned that you cant have 2 major appliances or 3 minor ones on at the same time without the risk of tripping the electric.This apartment is set up for 6.It would be an enormous struggle to cater for that number.2 small patios enhanced the apartment and allowed for sunny eating at any time of the day.The bathrooms had unusual 60s /70s fittings but were adequate for our needs. Overall a lovely setting but with some drawbacks if you are a large party. The aspect is lovely.Ins

Would definitely go back.

We spent an entire month in this appartement and it was great: great location, nice terraces, lots of room. Good communication, appartement is as pictured. A few missing items in the kitchen and some electric outlet issues but nothing major. All shops, restaurants within walking distance as well as the circular Lucca wall which is marvelous. Only 20 minutes on foot from the train station which takes you anywhere you want. We also rented bicycles to go to Pisa. Would definitely go back.

We all really enjoyed our stay in Lucca.

This apartment has obviously been a well loved family home and we were very comfortable staying there. As there were so many balconies the lack of air con did not bother us. It is very clean with everything you need for a stay. Local restaurant within a minutes walk, supermarket 10 mins and the centre 10 minutes. We parked in Parcheggio Mazzini just around the corner. Any queries we had were dealt with quickly. We all really enjoyed our stay in Lucca.

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment to stay in for a visit to Lucca. Very convenient and close to all amenities. Apartment, although not modern was in keeping with the character of the town. Bedrooms very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. No air conditioning (as listed) which was challenging in the recent heatwave but fans were provided and gave some welcome relief. Great communication from the host from booking to arrival.

Wonderful.

This is such a lovely home, with no less than three balconies. Fantastic. There is plenty of room and the only downside is the lack of aircon, given that it was above 37 degrees during this visit. At other times the aircon wouldn’t matter as the breeze flows nicely through the flat. Everything you would want is supplied and the style and decor are so authentically Italian.

Perfect Spot

If you want to keep away from the busier parts of Lucca, you'll love living with the locals. There is a park which can be viewed from a couple windows, where the sound of youth playing soccer and kids enjoying the playground can be heard. One window has a fabulous view of pink and cream houses with red tile roofs. There are several balconies to enjoy as well. A few cafe/restaurants can be enjoyed just steps from the apartment. And the price is right. We were a family of five and fit well.

Great Value

his place was great value for the price we paid - very clean, lots of room, lovely terrace, pretty good location (as is everything within the wall), and Sidrak was very easy and pleasant to communicate with.
