Séjour à Salou

Salou et la plage sont superbes, la résidence et la piscine également. L'appartement est propre et pratique. Le gérant est très sympathique et très gentil. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Super bon weekend deux trois jours propriétaire au top appartement au top environnement au top rien à dire à part remercier le proprio de sa gentillesse location qu'on garde pour les prochains weekend c'est certain ☺️☺️😄

Great apartment!

We hade a great time in Salou. This apartment have a good location! Close to the beach, restaurant and Park Aventura World. Good pool and good padle. I can recomend it!

Nos estafaron

Todo empezó muy bien, la estancia adecuada y el trato bastante bueno. El problema apareció unos días después de volver a casa cuando nos llego un recibo de por desperfectos. Al devolver las llaves nos devolvió la finanza y no entendíamos nada porque no habíamos roto nada y habíamos dejado el apartamento en buen estado. Cuando reclame a Frank, me dijo que habíamos dejado el apartamento muy sucio y como había tenido que pagar a la señora de la limpieza más horas nos lo había cobrado, alegando que elementos como la barbacoa (que no utilizamos) estaban muy sucias. Tener en cuenta esto ya que utilizo la cuenta con la que pagamos la estancia para cobrarnos este recibo sin nuestro permiso.

séjour agréable, appartement très propre lumineux dans une résidence calme avec une grande piscine et cours de tennis/paddle. Le propriétaire est super sympa et serviable. A recommander.

L’appartement aurait besoin d’une petite rénovation Dans le descriptif de l’annonce le parking est mentionné mais à l’arrivee il fait l’objet d’un supplément de prix , obligation de le prendre car le stationnement est difficile dans le quartier Malgré que le ménage soit compris dans le prix il est superficiel

Excellent, secure apartment.

Check-in - right on time. We had hoped to gain entry to the property a bit earlier but this wasn't possible on this occasion despite Franks best efforts. Cleanliness - pretty good. The usual wear and tear on certain areas but not unexpected for a property of this age. Location - excellent. 5 minute walk from main restaurants/bars area, and a further few minutes to the beach. Very secure complex with gated entry. Amenities - everything you need whilst away from home. Pool is great, no reserving of sunbeds allowed. I believe a lot of the apartments are lived in by locals. Pool gets busy from 4-5pm onwards as things begin to cool down and people finish work/school. Comms with owner - excellent. Frank was very prompt in replying to an pre-holiday queries. We had no need to contact him whilst we were there. Overall - would definitely stay here again. Great for families. In the process of booking again for next year.

Appartement très fonctionnel, bien équipé, calme. Terrasse très agréable donnant sur l'espace piscine. Propriétaire très sympathique, excellent accueil. Nous reviendrons !

Location très bien située à Salou

Location très bien située dans Salou. Il est possible d'aller en ville à pied. Les commodités extérieures sont nombreuses : une très grande piscine, des terrains de tennis, une aire de jeux pour les petits...La résidence était calme, en même temps à la période où nous y sommes allés, il y avait beaucoup de logements vides.L'appartement est confortable et agréable pour y passer des vacances ou un week-end. Il y a aussi la possibilité en voyant avec le propriétaire de louer une place de parking, ce qui n'est pas du luxe étant donné qu'il est quasiment impossible de trouver une place pour se stationner près de la résidence. Je recommande cette location. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.

avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement propre, ensoleillé avec plusieurs terrasses.Très calme. les équipements de la résidence sont cools (piscine, terrains de tennis), accessibles gratuitement Proche du centre, des commerces et de la plage, on peut laisser la voiture. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et très réactif à toutes nos demandes et questionnements. je le recommande vivement! nb: merci à Mr Navarrete pour ses jolies surprises

Excellent Apartment & Facilities

Spacious 2 bed apartment with views over pool, 10 minutes walk from beach, 5 minutes from shops. Pool and grounds well maintained. Reliable Wi Fi, secure parking, TV with Spanish channels, DVD not connected or usable. Kitchen facilities and air con also very good. Recommended!
