アパートメントは静かなオリーブ畑にあり、緑豊かな地帯と地中海の植生を持つ家族経営のホテルです。
オリーブオイルの季節の11月12月の期間中、味に、無料の木製のオーブンとペツトールで焼いたパンで新しいオイルでbruschetta。
残りの期間には、木製オーブンで調理されたピザでゲストに敬意を表します
2つのベッドルーム、1つはダブルベッド、キッチンは設備とキッチン家具が備わり、バスルームにはシャワーがあり、洗濯機はアパートの外にあり、7日と2日のリビングルームで一度使うことができます15日の滞在の場合、7日未満の滞在の場合は、洗濯機を使用することはできません

2 settimane di vacanze riposante, Nunzia e Michele sono stati molto ospitali, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Torneremo molto volentieri.

Wunderschöne Oase der Ruhe und der Gastfreundlichkeit!!!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer wunderschönen Oase der Ruhe inmitten von Olivenbäumen. In der Wohnung findet sich das Wichtigste was für unseren Urlaub gebraucht haben. Wir haben es sehr genossen, auf unserer Terrasse zu essen und zu chillen. Man kann auch grillen und die Waschmaschine benutzen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und gastfreundlich. Jeden Donnerstagabend laden sie die Urlauber zu einem gemeinsamen Abend ein, wo sie Pizza backen und das wird alles offeriert. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Abend verbracht, das ist eine so schöne Geste, die wir nie vergessen werden. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder einmal hier in den Urlaub.

Perfekt! Sehr freundliche Gastgeber!

Wir haben 10 Nächte dort verbracht und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Tolle Lage, zahlreiche Buchten und Strände in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Sehr nahe zum Stadtkern von Vieste mit tollen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Splendido

Casa immersa negli ulivi a poca distanza da Vieste. Appartamenti confortevoli e pulitissimi. Ampio giardino con sdraio, tavoli, dehor, fiori , piante di ogni tipo e frinire di cicale. Al nostro arrvio, in serata, la signora Nunzia ci ha accolto con spaghetti, bruschette e formaggio di loro produzione. Una bottiglia di acqua fresca messa in frigo per noi e una di olio artigianale che ci attendevano sono piccole accortezze che hanno un grande valore. Al mattino c'è la possibilità di fare colazione con i cornetti preparati da Nunzia e a metà settimana viene organizzata la serata pizza, offerta a tutti gli ospiti. Consiglio vivamente questa casa vacanze.

Super Urlaub

Ein super erholsamer Urlaub! Das Appartement war sehr sauber und die Vermieter sehr nett. Wir wurden mit lecker Pasta und Bruscetta empfangen, da wir erst abends angereist sind.Zudem hatte uns Nunzia ihr leckeres Olivenöl bereigestellt, vielen Dank dafür! Unser Sohn( 3 Jahre), hatte sehr viel Spaß mit den Tieren auf dem Grundstück.Vom Hund über Katze, bis hin zu den Ziegen war alles wie auf einem richtigen Bauernhof.Zum Strand sind es ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto und es war sehr leer um diese Zeit,was wir sehr geniessen konnten.Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Es gibt auch 2 Waschmaschinen, die genutzt werden können.Wir hatten einen Klasse Urlaub! Danke auch an Michele für den leckeren Käse und an Nunzia für den selbsgebackenen Kuchen und die eingelegten Oliven! Wir werden ganz bald wieder zu euch kommen....

tutto perfetto!!!

Appena rientrati dalla vacanza,consiglio a tutti questa struttura. Immersa nel verde e nella assoluta tranquillità,ma a due passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro di vieste. Appartamento grande,luminoso ed accogliente,pulitissimo ed in ottimo stato,piatti posate pentole tutti nuovissimi ,wii fii gratuito a disposizione,tv schermo piatto e aria condizionata ( e non è la norma negli appartamenti in affitto,in altre strutture non sono attenti a questi particolari) Ogni appartamento gode di una terrazza esterna personale con gazebo a tavolo. all'esterno,barbecue e lavatrice comune. accoglienza super,con omaggio di olio prodotto dalla azienda agricola della signora nunzia ,cena di benvenuto e pizzata insieme agli altri ospiti. purtroppo il tempo è stato inclemente,nonostante tutto la vacanza è stata gradevolissima ,speriamo di poter ritornare presto. un saluto giulia alessandro e Isabella

Veramente accogliente!

Siamo felici di aver trovato un luogo tranquillo e accogliente come questo! Michele e Nunzia due persone squisite. Casa pulitissima, nuova, luogo tranquillo e vicino al mare. Adatto a chi come noi ha due cani Sibilla e Tiffany, che sono state accolte benissimo anche in tutta Vieste spiagge comprese, in più hanno trovato un amichetto novo Toby anche lui molto ben educato. Un particolare complimento all'ospitalità di Michele e Nunzia fin dalla prima sera e ottima la loro pizza. Siamo stati penalizzati per il mal tempo, ma questa è un'occasione per tornare a trovarli. Paola, Miki, Sibilla e Tiffany.

Oasi di relax

Si comincia con i proprietari Michele e Nunzia che sono molto attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti. Fantastica l'accoglienza ! Strepitose le serate pizza offerte ... Antonio il pizzaiolo vi prenderà per la gola! L'Uliveta è veramente bella e ben curata , l'appartamento nuovissimo e perfetto, tutto il contesto è come descritto , anzi è migliore. Consigliatissimo per famiglie con bambini. Il mare a breve distanza. Grazie ancora ci siamo sentiti veramente coccolati .

Beautiful place for vacation!

We stayed one week in this beautiful apartment. The location is very good. It is 5 minutes drive from the beach. At the same time it is in a quiet place, when you can have good rest and enjoy silence. The owners are friendly and helpful. Even different our languages are not the barrier for have everything you need for rest. There is enough place for safe car parking. The apartment is new, nice decorated, very clean and comfortable. You have everything you need for cooking in a kitchen. Terrace is large and isolated from others. You can have breakfast of supper on it with beautiful view to hills and the sea. Dear Nunzia, thank you for olive oil and tasty pizza and spaghetti! We don't speak Italian but we felt friendly and warm atmosphere of your house. Gargano is one of the most beautiful places we visited in Italy: long sandy beaches, rocky beaches with great white rocks (Vignanotica), mystical forest Umbra, national park, transparent sea!

Oliviers,calme et hospitalité

Séjour du 18/07 au 26/07 2014. Location très bien située dans un cadre paysager exceptionnel.Très bon accueil des propriétaires malgré la barrière de la langue.Dîner offert et servi sur notre terrasse le jour de notre arrivée!Et une soirée pizze à volonté le jeudi avec tous les locataires!Appartement très propre,grande terrasse.Le Gargano et sa superbe côte à falaises nous ont séduits,ainsi que Vieste,ville très animée et pittoresque.La grande plage est proche de la location et facile d'accès en voiture.

Molto più bello da quanto si veda in foto, l'appartamento era nuovo, bello e pulitissimo. L'accoglienza e l'ospitalità uniche. Siamo stati coccolati dai proprietari che sono persone discrete ma molto ospitali. Ottima la posizione per raggiungere sia il centro che le spiagge. trop court sejour

il faut d ' abord trouvé ce logement et alors là ...quel accueil et quelle gentillesse des propriétaires. le 1er repas nous a été offert ( pasta et bruschetta);nous avons rarement vu une telle hospitalité ; l appartement est neuf ,tres propre ,au milieu des oliviers et la mer au loin ; tout était parfait ; beaucoup de choses à voir dans la region , beaux paysages , belles plages ( pas assez publiques ) merci encore à vous Nunzia pour votre gentillesse ; nous aimerions y retourner !

Un piccolo paradiso

Puntuali ed esaustive le informazioni preliminari, che ci hanno permesso di mettere in valigia quello che serviva e di trovare la casa rapidamente. Posto vicino a Vieste e al mare ma "in campagna". L'accoglienza cordiale ma discreta di Michele Nunzia e famiglia è indimenticabile. L'appartamento pulitissimo, fornito di tutto ed essenziale; perfetto da tenere in ordine. Ottimi i letti e i cuscini. Posto auto all'ombra, grandissima terrazza indipendente con gazebo e sdraio. Silenzio e pace. Posto ideale per accedere a spiagge vicine e lontane. I miei figli, 14 e 16 anni si sono già prenotati per l'anno prossimo.

"Appartement situé aux abords de la ville de Vieste, dans un environnement magnifique, proche des plages (publiques et privées)et du centre historique de Vieste (5 et 7 minutes en voiture). Il est d''une propreté impeccable et entièrement équipé, avec une grande terrasse et une vue splendide sur les oliveraies. La propriétaire, Nunzia, nous a montré beaucoup d''attention et d''hospitalité même lors d''un court séjour (2 jours) et nous a accueilli avec un excellent plat fait maison, que nous avons particulièrement apprecié. Endroit à conseiller, également aux familles avec enfants. De plus, la région est magnifique!"

Vacanze in serenità

Se pur ripetendo i commenti precedenti sembra banale ma desideriamo dire anche noi che la vacanza da Nunzia e Michele è una vacanza in serenità e tranquillità con una ospitalità unica e che di sicuro se possiamo il prossimo anno vorremmo goderne ancora, consiglio se siete da quelle parti provate questo posto ciao.....merita davvero

Joli appartement dans une...

Joli appartement dans une oliveraie avec une grande terrasse. Nous étions logé dans l'appartement au rez-de-jardin, qui fait parti d'une ensemble plusieurs appartement construit en terrasse. Sympathique soirée avec les voisins autour d'une pizza offert par le propriétaire fait dans le four à bois dans le jardin.
