VERY FRIENDLY OWNERS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Secondo soggiorno piacevolissimo a Rouen, in un chalet vicinissimo al centro e alla stazione, in zona assolutamente tranquilla. Grazie!"

idéalement placé pour accéder au vieux Rouen

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Résidence à cinq minutes à pied du centre historique. La fourniture du linge (serviettes, draps) et la petite terrasse ensoleillée ont été grandement appréciés. Sa situation dans une impasse assure la tranquillité du lieu. Séjour des plus agréable.

Delightful chalet, lovely location.

We were looking for a place to stay in Rouen which was both comfortable, in a convenient location and with easy access to parking as we had a hire car to visit nearby places. The chalet was just perfect. The owner Christine was prompt in communications and very accommodating as far as check in and check out times. The chalet is very spacious, light and airy with a good supply of cooking utensils and very good quality crockery, cutlery and glasses which is something we appreciated after travelling for two months. We particularly loved the deck which we were able to use as the weather was fine for our stay. Previous reviews have commented on the size of the shower and it would be a tight fit for taller and larger people, but we are neither so no problems and there was an excellent supply of hot water. The neighbourhood is delightful - quiet, safe and with lots of parking in the church grounds opposite as well as on nearby streets. The church did ring it's bells but not after ten at night or before nine in the morning. The centre of town was an easy 10-15 minute walk which was an added bonus. Wi fi was also excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending the property to any friends contemplating a stay in Rouen which is a charming town with many nearby places of interest and beauty.

Very decent and friendly place to stay

Located only some 500 meters from the centre of Rouen, this is an amazingly quiet place, almost serene. In that regard the view on the old church helps. We combined work and holiday and stayed in this nice and cosy apartment for one month. It's not great luxury, but everything you need is there, it's clean, the beds are comfortable, there is a nice sunny terrace and even a garden if you want. And there are friendly hosts to help you. If you like the pictures on the internet, you won't be disappointed. ,

Perfect solution in Rouen

My experience in this place was simply wonderful and everything was perfect. This independant two room house is tiny, but clean and comfortable; each household appliance worked greatly and the terrace is a really nice spot where having relax. The residential district around is very quiet at night and the city center can be reached quite easily on foot. In the end Christine was kind, professional and respectful of privacy.

Very pleasant stay

We really enjoyed the outdoor deck area. The location worked out great for us and the maps provided were very helpful. The church bells next door were a bit much every fifteen mins.but they didn't keep us awake. The owner was very nice and the place was well maintained.

Ideal for two people

A great little property, situated in a nice quiet street of large detached houses with parking out front. Easy access to property with code lock on entrance gate, so good security. Basic but functional, decking area with table and chairs was lovely to sit out on just chilling, only downside in apartment is the shower, it was a very tight fit for myself, 6ft, 14 stone, anybody larger will struggle. Nice location, not too far from the centre of town, about 1/3 mile, uphill but not too strenuous. Out of tune church bells across the road made me smile every time they clanged. Rouen is a beautiful city with lots to do, this was an ideal place to explore from. I would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Ein Zauberhaftes Haus, ganz Zentrumsnah

Wir haben die Zeit in dem freundlichen Ferienhaus im Zentrum der Normandie sehr genossen. Das Haus und seine herzliche Gastgeberin bieten allen nötigen Komfort, um den Urlaub zu genießen. Von hier aus kann man wunderbar in die Normandie ausschwärmen und die Highlights zwischen Küste und Paris erleben. Unser Tipp ist Giverny mit dem Garten des Impressionisten Monets, den Seerosenteichen und seiner wunderbaren Stimmung.

Liebe Mme Sevestre! Wir waren vom 09.-23 Juli 2016 in ihrem schönen Chalet in Rouen. Es war wunderschön und wir wollten garnicht mehr nach Hause. Das Häuschen hat alles, was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Es ist süß eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Im eingezäunten Garten durften unsere Hunde frei umhertoben.Die Lage ist schön ruhig aber man ist auch schnell zu Fuß in der Stadt. Wir werden diese Unterkunft unseren Freunden empfehlen und gerne wiederkommen. Die Familie war immer hilfsbereit wenn wir etwas brauchten( sogar während des Endspiels der EM haben sie den Fernseher ausgetauscht, damit wir schauen konnten) Danke für den traumhaften Urlaub

Sehr schöne Wohnung - mit Liebe eingerichtet

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für eine Woche gemietet und waren vollkommen zufrieden. Man findet alles, was man braucht und fühlt sich sehr wohl. Zum Zentrum von Rouen läuft man zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten, so dass man die Stadt voll genießen und nutzen kann. Die Korrespondenz mit den Vermietern war schon im Vorfeld sehr nett und freundlich. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren die Vermieter sehr unaufdringlich. Sehr angenehm.

Graziosa e carina a due passi dal centro

Ottima posizione, casetta con giardino e terrazzino (in estate si può pranzare e/o cenare fuori) per massimo tre persone (noi ramo due adulti e una bambina). La casetta è molto curata e suggestiva nella zona notte mentre la zona giorno/cucina avrebbe bisogno di una bella rinfrescata. C'è un bel giardino dove il nostro cane ha potuto scorrazzare liberamente anche grazie alla tolleranza dei proprietari. Il,terrazzino è ben attrezzato sdraio, tavolo e sedie...molte piante che lo rendono un angolino molto carino. I proprietari si sono dimostrati gentili e disponibili...consiglio questa soluzione.
