Great views -great place to stay- lots of room-kitchen fully equipped-plenty of parking-close to downtown Gatlinburg-very comfortable and relaxing place to stay- we really felt at home there. Great communication with host. We will be back.

The house was very inviting and spacious. The pictures listed described the house perfectly. The views were spectacular.Our family loved our time there. We plan on returning to Gatlinburg next year, because there is so much to do. If this place is available we will definitely rent it again.

We loved the house, and all the room it had to get together with our travel friends. The living room and the deck were both comfortable with wonderful views of the mountains. Highly recommend!

Mid-century modern style house up on a mountain with a beautiful view of the smokies! Short drive down the mountain to downtown Gatlinburg. This house was stocked with everything you need to spend a week away with family or friends. The mattresses were comfortable too! The owners respond right away with any questions you have and are really kind people too :-)My husband and I went with our three kids in their 20s and a couple of their friends. There was plenty to do in the area (alpine sled, go-carts, hiking, white water rafting, hillbilly golf) and we did our fair share of stuff, but we spent a lot of time in the cabin hanging out playing games, watching movies etc. Great family time.

This home was the absolute best we’ve been in. The view is phenomenal. It had everything we needed. The charging port was a definite plus! This home is the place you want to stay. Close to all things in and around Gatlinburg!

Excellent stay

Great location to attractions but with ample privacy, and amazing views of the mountains. The lodge was comfortable and kitchen was well equipped to prepare any meals if you wanted to eat at the house.

2025 Family Spring Break

This was our second time in Gatlinburg and didn't want to stay in a hotel. We decided on this property for the views. The property is very roomy, clean, quiet and cozy. Great communication from the owners. It had everything we needed for our family of 4. Our teens enjoyed the bedroom on the lower level. It has 2 queen beds, a couch, recliner, TV and private bath. All the beds are very comfortable in the house- each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Great water pressure in the showers and the views are amazing. We watched the sunrise over the mountains each morning while enjoying our coffee. Even in the evenings it was great to see the Gatlinburg city lights as well as the lights from the Anakeesta resort up the mountains. We didn't need to spend any money on mountain attractions and activities since we had great views from our house. Just note, the drive up to the house can be a bit nerve racking your first time. It is about a 2-minute drive up the mountain and the road is windy (some curves are 180 degree turns). And when driving down the mountain, it may be a bit nerve racking again on your first time. We had a 350 pickup truck and did not have any problems going up or down the mountain. We would stay here again.

Amazing View

Enjoyed our stay at the Greystone House. The view is beautiful and the house is clean and well maintained. The deck overlooks downtown Gatlinburg and is wonderful to just sit back and take in the mountains. The 3 bedrooms is spacious along with the 3 bathrooms. Thoroughly enjoyed the convenience this house offers!

We have lived in Gatlinburg for over 50 years. We are very involved in Gatlinburg. We have 7 children and 9 grandkids. We have been in the property rental business at the highland condos for 30 years. Mike has been on city council in a Gatlinburg and mayor 12 times of this wonderful city! We can answer lots of questions and help you with information!

We love Gatlinburg and have lived here almost all our lives. We bought this house because it has a million dollar view and you cannot find property like this so close to downtown and easy to get too! Location and Views and how easy it its to get to Gatlinburg. One of the first areas in Gatlinburg and they usually have best locations. The views of the Great Smokey Mountains and the city of Gatlinburg. So close to everything but still so special with location and how it sits on a point. Not crowded with someone right next door to you. The orginal lots are so much more spacious.

We personally manage and inspect our homes. Your great experience is inmportant to us. Again Views and location and how comfortable our home is. We take pride in our home and your experience. You can see the city of Gatlinburg and all it has to offer. We have seven chairs that recline in the living room so everyone can relax and just look at the beautiful mountains.
