This home is new, immaculate, comfortable, light filled with great views. There are views of the mountains from almost every room. You can also hear the lovely sound of a rushing river near the home. If this was not enough, the home is IN TOWN in Gatlinburg. There is a short, steep winding road to get to the house, but it is a very short distance and well worth it. The location was outstanding! James our host was fabulous, thought of everything and anticipated all our needs. Ten out of ten! We will be back!

WOW!! Just got back from our long weekend at James' Living Color Chalet. The Chalet was everything listed plus. The location was beautiful. The porch was amazing and relaxing and the views of the mountains , great. We were lucky enough to see three different bears that wondered by his chalet. Got some great pictures and enjoyed Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. His recommendations on where to go and what to do were spot on. The cabin was beautiful and spacious. Bedrooms were good sized and comfortable. The game room was fun and I got hooked again on Galaga due to his video game in the room. It also had multiple other games to play. The pool table was well located for plenty of room for shots and fun.James communication was outstanding. Any and every question I had was answered promptly.Great location for access to Smoky Mountain National Park as well. And, the bypass from Gatlinburg to Pigeon Forge. My wife and I are looking at planning another get away with our adult kids and grandson. Thanks for a great weekend
