Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll und auch der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur via WhatsApp war total unkompliziert. Für den Preis war die Wohnung jedoch nicht sauber genug. Warmwasser zum duschen war nicht immer gegeben und kaum Wasserdruck.

Es tut uns leid, dass die Sauberkeit nicht ganz Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Wir möchten jedoch darauf hinweisen, dass unsere reguläre Reinigungskraft am Tag Ihrer Ankunft ein unerwartetes Problem hatte und nicht kommen konnte. Daher mussten wir kurzfristig eine Ersatzperson organisieren, die die Wohnung gereinigt hat. Beim Check-in wurde Ihnen die Unterkunft gezeigt, und Sie hatten bestätigt, dass alles in Ordnung war. Hätten Sie später eine zusätzliche Reinigung gewünscht, hätten wir diese selbstverständlich sofort und ohne Probleme veranlasst. Nochmals vielen Dank für Ihren Aufenthalt – wir würden uns freuen, Sie in Zukunft wieder begrüßen zu dürfen.

Logement idéal pour groupe d'amis

Le logement est plutôt bien situé dans Naples. Idéal pour un groupe d'amis comme le notre (5 chambres et 5 SDB) Toutefois le logement nécessiterait quelques améliorations pour gagner en confort (rideau de douche obsolète, lave vaisselle en panne, vaisselle limitée et pas très propre, chaises extérieures cassées donc insuffisantes en nombre...) La terrasse a été très apprécié et est l'atout majeur de ce logement.

L’appartement paraissait imparfaitement entretenu le pull : ampoules manquantes, prise électrique douteuse, fuite d’eau dans la une cabine douche L’annonce parlé d’une cuisine parfaitement équipé, mais à l’arrivée un panneau dans l’entrée précisé qu’il était interdit de faire la cuisine dans l’appartement… Il n’y a de toute façon pas de lave-vaisselle ni de lave-linge utilisable. Pour un tel budget, cela paraît limite.

Bonjour merci d'etre venus chez nous comme nous on loue aussi chambres individuelles et aussi l'appartement entier le panneau des information est dans le cas les chambres sont loues individuellement et donc la cuisine n'est pas utilisable. On vous a jamais dit que la cuisine n'est pas utilisable. Par rapport à la lave vaisselle et lave lange il fallait regarder avant de faire la reservation que il n'y a pas par rapport au prix c'est évident que en faisant la reservation ici vous payez bcp plus que une reservation directe, be smart next time

Wonderful Property, great authentic experience in Naples

The property was very clean, well equipped, with everything we needed! The only drawback is the many (71) stairs to get to the apartment, but we were knew this before arriving, so no complaints (just something to be aware of for those looking to rent). The location was very good to access everything we wanted to see in Naples, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and within 20 minute walk of public transit. The staff was very attentive and helpful! We definitely recommend this apartment.

Appartement très agréable, très confortable et très bien placé. Seul bémol : il n’y a ni lave-vaisselle ni lave-linge. Préciser aux non sportifs que les quatre étages sont particulièrement raides !

Eine Wohnung mit wunderbarer Terrasse mitten in der Altstadt Neapels, für größere Gruppen hervorragend geeignet. Große Schlafzimmer mit angrenzendem Badezimmer sind schon ein Luxus, den nicht jede Ferienwohnung bietet. Kurze Wege durch die zentrale Lage, auch zum Einkaufen für den täglichen Bedarf und Pizzerien. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und An- Abreise waren hervorragend. Vielen Dank....

Great place for a group in the heart of historical Naples

We were a group of 12 women arriving in Naples. This place offered a great location and 5 comfortable bedrooms. The outdoor patio was a wonderful spot to sit and take in the lifestyle of city living in Naples. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and a large refrigerator. We enjoyed the place and enjoyed the experience. Thank you so much!

Super Séjour!

Raffaele a été plus que disponible et arrangeante pour notre arrivée « surprise » puisqu’il s’agissait de surprendre la futur et mariée pour son enterrement de vie de jeune fille. Elle nous a aidé a tout organiser pour le mieux. L’appartement est très beau, et très grand, plus que sur les photos. Nous étions 12 et il y a beaucoup d’espace sur la terrasse, et 5 grandes chambres comprenant 12 couchages. Il est situé en plein centre historique. Merci encore à Raffaele qui est une super hôte!

Precioso y amplio piso

El alojamiento tiene una ubicación óptima en pleno centro histórico. El piso es magnífico: las habitaciones grandes y con lavabo propio cada una y la terraza es grande y preciosa. Hay que advertir únicamente que se trata de un tercer piso sin ascensor.

We were a group of 9 staying in the apartment for a wedding in Naples. We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the property is excellent for visiting attractions in the historical centre. The apartment was very clean, with five spacious bedrooms, each with own bathroom. The best part was the terrace, which was lovely to sit out on in the evenings. Check in went smoothly and it was easy to contact the staff. We got our deposit back without problems. The only downsides were a) the plumbing for the toilets was a bit dodgy b) there was a man downstairs who was a bit annoying and complained a lot about us leaving the main door open as it didn’t shut properly. Apart from this, our stay was excellent and I would recommend the property, especially to large groups who want somewhere to stay together.

Good location near the antique city centre, cozy, clean & spaceous appartement

To find a suitable appartement for 12 guests is a difficult task, so we were very happy to find such a cozy place to rest, cook and plan our trips from. Thank you for the nice time, your B&B, patience and helpful tips made this an unforgetable trip.

Fantastic location, sorry about the kitchen counter! I would definitely stay here again. The location was great, and The place offered excellent value for the price. Unfortunately, one of my roommates ruined the kitchen counter, but the host was gracious and only charged us €300 deposit even though It would cost them €700 to fix. Thanks!

Awesome location

A really nice, clean spacious apartment, very private & tastefully furnished with nice roof garden. Staff very helpful & spoke fluent English which was very convenient. The location is fabulous, right in the Centro Storico, within walking distance of just about everything most worth seeing along with amenities, bars & restaurants. Highly recommend if you can handle the stairs, will definitely return next time in Napoli !

Décevant !

L'appartement est situé au centre historique, quartier populaire, à proximité des restaurants. Le standing de l'appartement est loin de ce que l'on peut s'imaginer en admirant les photos sur Abritel. Contrairement à nos attentes : le petit déjeuner est compris si vous réservez séparément les chambres mais pas quand vous en réservez plusieurs sans pour autant avoir une réduction de prix mais bien sûr on ne le découvre qu’après. Ce n’est effectivement pas un B&B mais bien une location simple !!: Commercialement très moyen de voir que les personnes avant ont bien droit au petit-déjeuner et que celles après aussi mais pas vous !!! Pas d’eau chaude dans toutes les douches et pommeau de douche trop vieux ne permettant pas d’avoir de l’eau en suffisance.

Bonjour madame Merci d'abord pour nous avoir choisi et de nous donner la possibilité de vous expliquer car vous n'aviez pas fait attention quand vous avez fait la réservation Les annonces sur Homelidays sont des annonces de réservations d'appartements intiers. Du coup le petit déjeuner n'est pas prévu (si vous regardez bien sur la description il n'y a rien écrit sur le petit déjeuner. Désolés si vous "imaginaient" que vous aviez réservé un bb.Le bb c'est louer chambres individuelles et partager les espaces en commun avec des autres hôtes. Vous avez même parlé avec Homelidays qui vous a confirmé Par rapport à l'eau (c'est bizarre que pendant 3 jours vous nous n'avais rien dit) c'est rare que la pression n'est pas si forte, mais on est quand même dans le centre historique classé par l'UNESCO, les immeubles ont un charme que les immeubles modernes n'ont pas On espère que vous avez quand même passé une belle vacance. Appartement très agréable et spacieux, idéalement placé dans le centre historique. Nous avions choisi cet appartement en partie pour la terrasse que nous n’avons que peu utilisée étant donné la météo pluvivieuse ; nous avons cependant passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle ville de Naples attachante et accueillante. El piso está muy bien. Limpio y organizado para que los viajeros estén independientes si quieren. La terraza es una gozada. El barrio es muy céntrico y está muy cerca de todo. Muy bien.

Très bien situé et confortable

En vacances en famille (9 personnes) nous avons pu profiter pleinement de Naples grâce à cet appartement très bien situé au centre du quartier historique, à deux pas des pizzérias, et du musée d'archéologie. Espace, confort, l'appartement était agréable, l'accueil charmant et le personnel disponible et répondant rapidement à nos demandes. Très bonne expérience.

nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un appartement typique en plein centre du vieux Naples. l'appartement est sobre et idéal pour plusieurs couples: les chambres sont équipées de salle de bains , ce qui permet à chacun d'avoir son indépendance. la terrasse est un lieu de convivialité. It’s in the historical center, close to via Tribunali, the Duomo (cathedral), San Gregorio Armeno.
It has a very nice terrace. It’s composed by 5 very quiet and special designed bedrooms, every bedroom has the private bathroom. It's on the 4th floor with NO LIFT
