Set in Lisbon’s Baixa Pombalina district, the apartment features castle views and free on-site private parking. It is a 2-minute walk from Rossio Square and 5-minute drive from St. George's Castle. It's super central, in Martim Moniz square, walking distance to all the major spots in the city. This is for sure one of the best choices for your stay!

This apartment is situated on brand new building in the Downtown district. It offers great comfort and has lots of charm. You will find a modern living room with a sofa, a spectacular bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen. We also have a baby cot and high chair. Cable TV and strong WiFi internet access are available for free.

Right in the Martim Moniz square, you will find taxis, buses, metro, and the popular 28 Tram! You will be just a short walk away from Rossio, the city's main square and the heart of downtown Lisbon,where you will find the Rossio Train Station. You will also be a few minutes away from the historical neighbourhoods of Mouraria, Alfama, Chiado and Bairro Alto.

We are here to provide all the advice for a pleasant stay, and will do our best to help in anything you may need!

- Check-in between 21h00 and 23h00 has a fee of 20€. Between 23h00 and 01h00 the fee is 30€.

Great location but ver urban

The apartment is well located and allows you to walk to many attraction. Metro and bus stops are literally outside your windows. Because it is so urban, it can be loud at night. If you are a light sleeper it may not be for you. We had a problem with the internet going out. Property manager worked to address it but service company was next to worthless. Close to many attractions and almost limitless food options

Did not enjoy stay

Very noisy neighborhood! Could hear noises late in the night! The apartment bedroom and laving room overlooked a very busy and dirty street Bathroom did not have good ventilation. Due to which everything would get wet after a shower. Basic necessities like a mirror was missing. The hir dryer in the bathroom did not work. Will not recommend this place!!!

Great apartment

The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and was well laid out. The position is fabulous -close to restaurants, shops, tourist buses and tram 28. Rossio station which goes to Sintra is just a 10 minute walk. The only thing to bear in mind is that the main access door is up quite a lot of steps however there is a car park underneath with lifts up so you only need do these on check in day. If you have a taxi get them to drop you at the top rather than in the square. Would recommend this place without hesitation.

Modern well-appointed flat close to transportation and restaurants.

We were pleasantly surprised by this sunny exceptionally clean two-bedroom flat with a great view of, and walking distance from the castle Sao Jorge. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the kitchen was spacious with a large dining table. The location is on the famous Tram 28 line and the underground is across the street. We walked every where. Lisbon is a very walkable city if one is able to climb up and down hills.

Localización privilegiada, en pleno centro de Lisboa (se puede ir caminando a todo lo que hay que ver en Lisboa, salvo la parte de Belem), y con unas vistas espectaculares del castillo. El apartamento está en un edificio nuevo, con garage privado en el mismo edificio. Cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para estar como en nuestra casa. El responsable muy amable, nos explicó, además de todos los detalles del apartamento que ver y que hacer en Lisboa durante el tiempo que íbamos a estar. Muy recomendable.

Great location and fantastic apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay in Lisbon! The apartment was great and comfortable with a nice view of Lisbon and St-George castle. Short walking distance to several highlights of Lisbon. Juan is extremely professional and goes above and beyond to ensure his renters have everything they need for an enjoyable stay. He is available to answer any questions and promptly gets back to you regarding any inquiries you may have. We highly recommend renting this property. It is beautiful, clean and in a perfectly location!

Incredible space in just the right place.

This rental is top quality. The building was new, or at least recently renovated, and all the features and appliances worked great. Martha was an excellent hostess, meeting us ahead of time and spending a good 30 minutes giving us a great overview of the home and the city. Her recommendations were spot on. Finally, the location was perfect and close to so many areas we ended up visiting. We highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to visit and enjoy Lisbon.

Excellent stay in excellent apartment

We enjoyed the apartment a lot because it is nice and has everything we needed. There are useful shops right near the building like supermarket, bakery, and more. Tram 28 start point is just steps away from the building! The view of the apartment is lovely and amazing! Juan, the host, is very nice person and ready to help. Check in and check out has been made flexible and easy. I highly recommend this apartment.

Could not have chosen better

We spent a very enjoyable six days in Lisbon and we could not have chosen a better apartment. The location and the amenities were exactly as described and the apartment was very nice. Well-equipped and nicely set out. It was very clean and well-maintained and the manager was extremely nice and helpful. He recommended some very good restaurants and even booked a table for us to go to see a Fado singer one evening. He explained the layout of the city and marked several places of interest for us to visit. He was always available if we required any help. We would certainly not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone and we are hoping to go back again in the not too distant future. We loved Lisbon and we found the people to be very kind and friendly

Nice apartment, great location

This apartment is as pictured and is very central to everything in Lisbon. It has shutters that help make the apartment nice and dark for sleeping which we loved (make sure to set your alarm :). I've stayed in other areas in Lisbon and found this apartment/area to be more quiet (again, good for sleeping). The apartment has everything you need, hairdryer, washing machine, coffee and espresso maker, full kitchen, etc... There is a market below where you can pick up groceries. Juan was very helpful in getting us settled, sitting down with us to make recommendations on things to do and helped get us a reservation for Fado. He was responsive to anything we needed during our stay. I definitely recommend!
