September get away in Nantucket!

We have stayed here several times in the past and once again had a fabulous time! We had a great time hiking, walking and riding bikes, as well as (of course) walks on the beach. The location is just unbelievably relaxing and gives us a good time to just relax.

Lovely spring break!

We just spent a wonderful three days at this beautiful home! It’s lovelier than the photos and the views are unbelievable. Very quiet, clean and relaxing. Would love to come back again!

The perfect stay

We loved our return to this rental! We spent most of our time relaxing on the porch taking in the gorgeous views. We loved walking our dogs on the beach every morning. Holly and the caretaker were so helpful and communicative. Highly recommend this rental!

Great Nantucket Nest

A terrific out of the way cottage that pays huge dividends in location, privacy, and outstanding Atlantic views and direct beach access. The deck was fantastic, the home was clean, well-maintained, and equipped. Sunny days walking the endless beach and cool, clear nights enhanced our stay.

Amazing Location!

What an amazing spot right on the ocean! You can hear the waves crash from the deck and bedroom window at night! Great spot for a family to relax and conveniently located 15 mins from town. Can’t beat it!

Perfect Nantucket Vacation Rental!

Holly's home is absolutely perfect if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing stay on Island. The home is cozy and has everything you need. Also very conveniently located near the beach (about a minute or 2 walk). My husband, 2 dogs and I had an awesome stay and cannot wait to book again for next year! 10/10 would recommend.

If you are looking to relax by the beach, this is the place. Especially if you have kids that like to surf and play in the water. Everything about this location, home, and host was perfect and we are already looking for openings to go again. This is an excellent value!

Perfect stay on Nantucket.

The property was excellent for our needs. We had access to a car, which could be a problem for some. It was clean, quiet and right on the ocean. Well stocked with linens, dishes and cooking needs. Fantastic view and world class beach. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Thanksgiving getaway

My wife and I stayed here for a week during Thanksgiving two years in a row now. We love the house and the location is spectacular. Holly has been fantastic to work with and very responsive. Would highly recommend and we hope to be back again. Thank you for everything!

A Nantucket dream beach getaway!

The location of the property is fantastic, and is well kept by the homeowner. The online listing stated there would be A/C, however this was not the case. Overall, we enjoyed a great week at the house, and would highly recommend this rental.

Fall get away

3rd Annual Thanksgiving

My wife and I were fortunate to spend our 3rd straight Thanksgiving here and, once again, had an incredible stay. We just love the views, the sounds and the comfortable house. It’s everything we want for a quiet, romantic getaway. Dealing with Holly is always so easy. We can’t recommend it enough and hope to return again next year! Thank you as always!

Great stay

My wife and I stayed in this house during the first week of June. The weather was perfect and the views from the house are amazing. There’s a small foot path that leads you down to the public beach access. The house is off the beaten path and about 20 minutes from downtown. This place is perfect if you’re looking for something a little more secluded and away from the busy town center.

Amazing Location

We spent four glorious days looking at the ocean and walking on the beach without another person in sight! We saw whales spouting in front of the house while we drank coffee and shooting stars at night. The fishing in front of the house was great and there was a seal who showed a keen interest in what we were doing. It was exactly the autumn break we needed!

Covid Friendly Honeymoon

We had originally planned to honeymoon in Italy but due to Covid changed our plans to stay a week at this beautiful property. We had all the privacy one could ask for and we enjoyed the house and its amenities. Everything was clean and fresh and well maintained. Holly is a great manager. We were so happy to begin our marriage with this beach house.

Wonderful rental

We loved the house and the location so near one of the loveliest beaches on the island. It is at the end of the airport runway, so there is some noise associated with that, but not a big deal really. The pictures are totally accurate. The only thing to improve our experience would be to outfit the kitchen better for people who want to cook and eat at the house. The basics are there, but some of the pans are scratched teflon pans, the can opener wouldn’t work and the toaster oven was very finicky and difficult to operate. The owner was fantastic. Good communication and she helped us out when we were trying to get off the island in a storm. Over all, a great time.

Beautiful beachfront house

This place was GREAT! Plenty of room, but not too huge. Loved the open concept in the main area, very easy to keep warm with the gas stove centrally located (looks like a wood stove, gas fired and controlled by thermostat - not the cooking stove!! haha) TONS of morning sunlight into the big glass doors on the south side. Panoramic view looking south so you get to see the sunrise as well as the sunset. Great place in the fall, so I bet its incredible in the summer. Holly was incredibly accommodating and responsive. The place was perfect when I got there. If I have to come out for an extended stay again next year, this is the first place I'm checking for availability!

Cozy beach house with an incredible view

The view on this house cannot be overstated - it's incredible. My boyfriend and I loved waking up every morning to the sound of the waves and a view of the water, straight from our bedroom. The house was impeccably clean and very accurate to the description. We had a great time playing yard games and grilling in the afternoons. The outdoor shower is a must, even on windy days. The dirt road makes the trip from town feel a bit longer but can be easily done - would recommend renting or bringing your car. The kitchen and living room of the house are very spacious and provide excellent views onto the deck and the beach. Would definitely recomend for friends or families looking for a house rental on the island! We'll certainly want to come back and enjoy Holly's hospitality.
