2階ヴィラ＃3には独立した入り口、1400平方フィートのエアコン付きのリビングスペース、3ベッドルーム、2 1/2バス、設備の整ったキッチン、ジャングル、ゴルフコース、海の素晴らしい景色、3階へのアクセス日没を見ながらカクテルパーティーやシンプルなリラクゼーションに最適なPalapa。
1階と2階の両方のレンタルには専用の入り口と専用のデッキがあり、
 テレビ＆衛星。
メイドサービスはレンタルに含まれています。週2回、利用可能日数が増え、追加料金が発生します。 夕食を用意してお召し上がりになるには、少額の手数料で調理ができます。お問い合わせください。

Awesome place in a wonderful location

We had a wonderful stay in this three bedroom apartment in San Pancho. The home is well appointed and comfortable with lovely outdoor areas and in a great location. Would happily stay again.

Lovely, comfortable and great location!

We really enjoyed our stay in San Pancho - what a unique and quaint little beach town! We'll definitely be back! Great restaurants!! The home was welcoming, roomy, had everything we needed, comfortable beds and we loved the roof top access from where you can see the ocean! The location is really great; just a short walk to the beach and shops and quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Vicky and Bob Farmer were excellent hosts and always answered our questions right away. They gave us lots of helpful information, like taxi services, which restaurants are their favorites, the Tuesday market, activities to consider etc. We highly recommend this place!

Nice rental in San Pancho

Wonderful hosts, great communication, clean and well equipped, nice furnishings and decorations. The only draw back is the noise, being a light sleeper requires nightly ear plugs, early morning loud traffic, barking dogs, and late loud music in the neighborhood. Other wise a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Home, Great Location!

We appreciate all the amenities provided including bottle water delivery and once a week house cleaner. Beautiful views from inside the house and the spacious rooftop. We also appreciate the host's fast response time when we had questions.

Amazing Place!

Bob and Vicky are excellent hosts. They showed us through the property, gave us pointers on places to visit, explained about the town, history, etc. Answered every question promptly, and gave us our privacy. We can’t wait to book one of their villas again.

Home is amazing, outside areas awesome!! Walking distance to beach and restaurants … some down the street. Host was always available and lots of help when visiting for the 1st time!!

Just right

The pictures on the website don't do this space justice. The individual three bedrooms and overall layout is great and extremely accommodating. The roof patio was particularly nice to have access to. I've been to San Pancho a couple of times and I knew I already loved the location of this property. That being said this place was only a block away from my last rental in and it was so much quieter. The hosts were also nice to work with, which is a huge plus for this area. I would absolutely stay here again.

Easy Living!

We have been to San Pancho several times and have always stayed in a hotel. Never again - for the same money we were able to stay in a lovely, comfortable villa with air conditioning and a nice view of the ocean. The villa was clean and comes with a maid who cleans several times per week. In addition, it is easy to arrange for someone to cook or there are numerous restaurants within a five minute walk. The beach is nearby, and a great polo club is a five minute drive away. You don't need a car in town - there are golf carts available for rent too! We will certainly return.

welcoming ( home away from home )

I feel so fortunate in having chosen Bob and Vicky's rental. The first thing I noticed upon entering was how clean it was, great view of ocean and close to everything but quiet. Bob is the best host..He was so informative about San Pancho and all the rhythms of the little coastal town. While I was there, I had family visit which included 2 small children. The only thing I will note here is that the waves are not suitable for small children. Great for surfing. I was there for the cross over from low season to high season . The town blossomed with all the people coming for the winter. San Pancho is a special place and the people are wonderful.

San Pancho has been a great home for us, we are very proud to say that we live here. We have four villas that we offer on Airbnb, all in the same neighborhood. We also live here so we will be available if you need us. We have been in the business of vacation rentals for over 14 years
