Blick ist schön, außer der Strommast. Das Haus hatte alle Ausstattungsdetails, ist jedoch in die Jahre gekommen.Die Lage ist zentral, jedoch ist die Strasse vor dem Haus nicht gut. Außerdem ist die Toilettenspülung sehr laut und läuft nachts mehrmals selbständig.

Urlaub zu Hause

Im Oktober erlebten wir eine entspannte Atmosphäre in Calla Vadella. Das Haus ist sehr ansprechend und persönlich eingerichtet. Die Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse mit herrlichstem Meerblick waren wunderschön.

This property needs to be seen. It has the best sun set view every evening on your own enclosed balcony area with no onlookers. The villa had everything we needed for a family of 4. Our boys loved the games in the living area which was lovely for us to switch off and have family time. The kitchen had absolutely everything covered and was clean but most of all had the most amazing views over the bay so you never missed out. Bedrooms were on the lower level which were cooler and made for a comfortable sleep each night with the ceiling fans. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the village of Cala Vadella. You are only steps away from the beach, fresh baked bread in the village in the morning and a good selection of restaurants for food. We rented a car is it was definitely a good option but what made it even better was the huge car private parking that the villa provided as parking in the village was scarce. Overall, we had a magical holiday in a villa that needs to be experienced. Our host, Sophie was also so informative and helpful to us.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus direkt an einem der schönsten Strände Ibizas

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Can Néné. Zum Strand konnte man innerhalb von 2min laufen! Von der großen Terrasse blickt man direkt auf die schöne Cala Vadella mit einem der schönsten Sonnenuntergangsspots. In der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht. Die Schlafzimmer liegen in der kühlen unteren Etage. Die Außendusche haben wir geliebt! Abends kann man in den Sonnenstühlen Sternschnuppen zählen. Es war perfekt für uns!

Amazing apartment in the perfect location

My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment for 4 nights. It was absolutely perfect. Had a parking spot for our hire car. We could easily walk to one of the best beaches in Ibiza. There was a little supermarket and restaurant a few minutes walk away. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. We can’t wait to come back again. Thank you Sophie for being so great.

Great asset is location!

Cottage is small but cosy. very cosy terrace with window to kitchen to pass everything. Basics present. fridge is in need of renovation and cools too little on highest setting for food Air conditioning in bedroom would have been pleasant. It was very hot when we stayed on the island ( 35 degrees).The ceiling fan is fairly noisy to sleep in. Double bed is not queen size bed but 1.40 m. Very narrow for 2 adults.( This maybe change on site). Some amenities like shower drain and moisture in wall of bedroom are in need of renovation.Cold outdoor shower was very pleasant as well as use of path to fence towards street and beach. Good communication with owner Sophie. All in all a pleasant stay where the location is the biggest asset.

Incroyable

4ème séjour à Ibiza et le meilleur hébergement que nous ayons eu ! La maison est conforme aux photos de l'annonce, la vue complètement dingue. Tous les équipements sont présents, la douche extérieure est un énorme plus, trop agréable en remontant de la plage. La place de parking est parfaite. Cala Vadella est un petit bijou, il y a tout sur place, au moins 5 restaurants dont 2 très bons (Maria Luisa et Nola), une supérette, un glacier, un magasin de plage etc... Ambiance très familiale, de la place pour se poser du côté plage publique, il y a aussi 3 petites plages privées. Mer translucide et coucher de soleil en face, le paradis ! Bref une adresse à retenir !!

Petite villa agréable avec splendide vue et bien située

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa bien située dans une crique familiale, bien que peu animée en cette saison d'automne. La terrasse est extrêmement agréable et la vue splendide ! Le rafraîchissement prévu de la salle de bain sera le bienvenu ! Merci à nos hôtes disponibles et prompts à répondre à toute question.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette petite maison idéalement situé à 1 min de la plage avec une vue magnifique de la terrasse. La maison est bien équipée et la literie confortable. Un petit coup de frais dans la salle de bain l'a rendrait encore plus agréable. Une adresse que nous recommandons.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis auf Ibiza schlechter als woanders Das Haus sieht in echt genauso wie auf dem Inserat. Es liegt zwar wirklich ganz nah am Meer aber hinzu kommen zwei wichtige Punktabzüge: 1)zum einen, da das Haus keine Klimaanlage hat, (ich kann es mir heute noch nicht erklären wie mir das passieren konnte, denn wir buchen immer Häuser mit Klimaanlage und während der Suche setze ich es immer als Filter) es heizt sich so dermaßen auf, dass man alle Türen und Fenster sperrangelweit öffnen muss um zu schlafen. Dadurch, so schön das Panorama tagsüber ist, so laut ist es in der Nacht durch das Meer und die Autos die „vor der Nase“fahren. 2) Zum anderen, es kommt immer wieder Tags- und Nachtsüber der Geruch aus den septischen Gruben, sowohl im Haus als auch in der Strand von Cala Vadella, was sehr lästig war. Somit waren für uns die schlechtesten

Très bon séjour entre amis

Maison très bien placée, propre et bien équipée. La plage est à 2mn à pied, la superette juste à côté. Bref, tout est pratique. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans la maison, je la recommande.

Fantastische locatie

Een heerlijk huis op de mooiste plek van cala vadella. Schoon, alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, rustige omgeving, goed parkeren, precies zoals de advertentie zegt. Klein advies, wat zachtere topper op de 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Maar een aanrader!!

Super locatie

Fijn huis op een super locatie. Het uitzicht vanaf het grote terras is geweldig. Daarnaast is het strand heel dichtbij. Het contact met de eigenaar was heel prettig, er wordt snel gereageerd.

Nice house with a great view

The house is in good shape and has all the necessary equipment (kitchen, bathroom). The roof terrace is great - especially to watch the sunset. We would definitely book it again.

Prachtig uitzicht

Gelegen aan een fijne baai met zandstrand op een paar minuten loopafstand. Prima verblijf voor een weekje! Vooral genoten van het prachtige uitzicht (vooral de zonsondergang)!
