Lovely property in a quiet location

Lovely property with a surprising view of the sea and the sunset. V.close to a couple of quiet coves even in the height of July we felt we had chosen a nice quiet area for swimming. The Road down to the property is rural so be prepared for that but otherwise we can't fault it, you will enjoy your stay! Everything you need and lots to explore The host and management of the property is spot on too.

Heel leuk authentiek huis in mooie, rustige omgeving. Leuke terrassen rond het huis en een fantastisch dakterras. We waren met 2, zeker ook ruimte genoeg voor 4 personen. Het huis binnen was kraaknet, het buitenmeubilair iets minder.Prima setting!

Gezellig huis op een mooie locatie

Een fijn, gezellig en netjes huis op een rustige locatie. Strandjes, supermarkt etc in de buurt. Heerlijk verblijf gehad!

Geweldig verblijf! Auto is wel een must voor deze locatie

Het is een geweldige bungalow. Heel sfeervol en gezellig ingericht. Schoon, groot en veel privacy. De locatie is pima, vanuit de woonkamer kijk je uit over de zee. De sunset is daar heel mooi! Een auto is wel echt een must daar. Het ligt afgelegen van de weg, maar daarentegen is de villa en alles wat er is helemaal geweldig!! We zijn hier met vriendinnen geweest en we hebben het heerlijk gehad. Alles is aanwezig wat je standaard in je eigen woning hebt. Bij aankomst liggen er voldoende handdoeken en je krijgt meteen een welkom gevoel!

Un sitio fantástico para alojarse!!

Un sitio perfecto y tranquilo para vacacciones con amigos o parejas y disfrutar de la vida isleña. La casa tenía todo lo necesario para una estancía corta o larga. Camas cómodas, hermoso patio con hamaca e incluso una ducha al aire libre. Sin duda, regresarémos a esta casa.

A home with a Soul

Jacobo‘s house is a true gem, a home with a soul. Leaving is hard. We were fortunate to spent 10 nights which we fully enjoyed. The house is super cozy, spotless clean and offers various little places to relax. We especially loved the sea view from the living room and Es Vedra from the rooftop. Stunning sunsets and access to the beach are just a stone’s throw away, although a car is recommended. Thank you for having us, we will come back asap :)

Prachtige villa, deze was van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben een geweldige week gehad! Met de mooiste zonsondergang!

Nice, but...if you have a bad back or asthma, perhaps not for you

The villa itself is presented nicely. Lots of books & videos. Good WiFi. Views are lovely! We loved watching the boats sail across the sea. We adored the excellent outdoor bbq & cooking/eating outside. A knife sharpener was appreciated as we had to prepare most meals at the villa (due to many restaurants not open or full). It’s easy to get around. However, there were a few niggles: Firstly, the beds! OMG! It was like Goldie Locks the first few nights trying to find the bed which “worked” best....thankfully we had a choice as only 3 of us. The double is tiny & very very firm. I’m not sure I have ever slept in such a small bed for 2 people! It was impossible for my husband and I to sleep together. I found it far too firm to support me without causing hip pain (so bring a travel topper if you suffer from any hip discomfort). I haven’t had hip pain in years; that sadly spoilt my holiday somewhat. The other beds were just too soft, totally sunk into the mattress (my husband ended up with a bad back we’re now trying to resolve). The mattresses themselves were ok, but the bases are cheap and the slats are concave or convex. Definitely not good if you’re trying to rest. Outside area was really nice, however, again the seated areas were just too short to be comfortable. They were built into the building, as is often the case in spain. There was no real ability to just laze & enjoy the view. It seems to be built to look at rather than relax in. The sun lounger mattresses thinner than what we are used to. We found the place pretty, but....uncomfortable. Location is good; it’s on a fairly busy dirt road. The amount of dust was astounding as the villa is built directly off the road. Plenty of coughing and sneezing, so do be aware if you suffer from lung issues. The dust particles were everywhere, all the time. We personally don’t have any asthma or other lung issues, but thought it helpful to let others know. There are other villas directly around and in front of the house. This is not a place of absolute tranquility. Our first 3 nights there were parties (on each night) from a different villa. A side effect of people not being able to head to the clubs possibly? However, after that, we were blessed with the Ibizan peace we now adore. It gets VERY hot in the lounge & bedrooms. Fans were of no use. There is no kettle. I must admit, despite the discomfort(s), we had a good stay! The Manager and owners are friendly & helpful.

Casa muy cómoda y muy equipada. Muy cerca de cala codolar y a escasos 10 min de Cala Comte y Cala Bassa. En medio de la naturaleza, rodeada de pinos y con buenas vistas del atardecer. Sin duda para repetir.
