Lovely house

Lovely house in the old town of Nyons. Tastefully restored and very comfortable. Complete quiet yet only minutes from the centre of the town with its plentiful restaurants and shops. The whole of the beautiful old town is traffic free as the houses are charmingly built jumbled together up a steep hill and the access is via a network of passageways and steps. The house is at the lower end of the old town and access isn't a problem though it was a bit tiring carrying suitcases up hill at the start of our stay in the 37C heat! Very useful locked storage space at a lower level where we could keep our bikes securely. You can park a car for free at the bottom of the passageway. The house itself is on several levels and being an old stone house can be kept reasonably cool even when very hot outside. At the entrance level there is a smallish garden with a large table and chairs and at the top level another garden with 2 sets of table and chairs plus BBQ. The terrace there has an excellent view over the town and it was lovely to sit there and relax in the shade with a cooling breeze. All in all a lovely house in an excellent town.

Eine große Wohnung in einem alten Haus. Man muss gut zu Fuß sein, um zur Wohnung zu gelangen. Auf der Terrasse kann man wunderbar frühstücken, zu Abendessen oder grillen. Man hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Stadt und die Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Geschirrspülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle etc.).Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen ganz nahe der Wohnung zur Verfügung. Auch viele gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr besonders und charmant. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, haben die geschmackvoll eingerichteten Räume, den schönen Garten und den "Vorgarten" ausgiebig genossen.

Maison de village tout à fait conforme à la description. Avons beaucoup visité la région, excellent point de séjour. Beaucoup d'escaliers, pas de soucis pour des adultes sans difficultés de marche. Bons échanges avec les propriétaires.

Ancienne maison avec beaucoup de charme. 3 belles chambres. Cuisine bien équipée. Idéalement située à proximité du centre ville. Très belle terrasse dominant la ville. Attention toutefois aux nombreuses marches et escaliers.

Heerlijk!

We hadden een heerlijk ontspannen week in een levendig stadje. Door omstandigheden was onze aankomst een dag later dan gepland wat flexibel en vriendelijk werd opgelost. Alles wat we nodig hadden was op loopafstand. Het huis heeft een zeer complete inventaris. We waren er eind juni en hadden een erg warme week. Het was ook warm om te slapen, een ventilator voor de slaapkamer zou fijn zijn. We bevelen dit huis van harte aan en komen er graag nog eens terug.

Bien mais manque de precision

Je trouve qu’il faudrait préciser dans l’annonce que la maison est difficilement accessible pour des personnes âgées, des enfants en bas âges, avec le nombre d escaliers pour y arriver + dans la maison. Aussi, la literie mériterait d être remplacée, et quelques détails comme le pommeau de douche en haut qui ne tient pas, la fenêtre du couloir des chambres brisées qui laisse passer la pluie. Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas optimal même si nous n’avons pas passé un mauvais séjour.

Schönes Haus in der Altstadt

Sehr gemütliches Haus mit Garten und schöner Terrasse mit toller Aussicht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Madame Barbarin war sehr freundlich.

Maison ancienne typique très agréable, bien située dans le village. L'accueil qui nous a été réservé a été très chaleureux, la maison est accueillante, Nyons est un village plein de charme et animé. La région est superbe et la vue depuis la maison est inoubliable.

Charmante maison idéalement située

Cette maison a beaucoup de cachet et est idéalement située au cœur du village historique de Nyons et à 2 pas du centre ville. Activités sportives et culturelles de qualités disponibles aux environs et repos bien mérité. Rivière à 5min à pieds pour se rafraichir et piscine. Ces vacances ont été parfaites ! Accueil sympathique et agréable. A noter qu'il y a beaucoup d'escalier (maintien la remise en forme ;-)).

Une maison pleine de charme

Nous connaissons bien Nyons (depuis "toujours") et nous sommes ravis d'avoir trouvé cette maison au cœur de la vieille ville : confortable, bien agencée, nombreux espaces extérieurs, très belle vue. Nous y reviendrons volontiers !

Excellent séjour!

Nous étions 6 adultes et avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Nyons ! La maison est pleine de charme avec toutes ses petites terrasses et son beau jardin, extrêmement bien décorée, toute équipée et très confortable. Nous avons eu de très bons contacts avec la propriétaire très disponible et Madame Barbarin qui nous a ouvert la maison, est adorable. La région est magnifique ...Nous conseillons vivement cette location et si nous repassons dans le coin, nous retournerons avec plaisir dans cette maison!

Nyons

Die Wohnung in Nyons liegt sehr rmoantisch im alten Kern der Stadt. Sie zu finden war allerdings nicht einfach, denn es gibt keine Strasse zur Wohnung, sondern eine Reihe von Treppen, die zur Tür führen. Das wurde im Inserat leider so nicht dargestellt, wir waren nur über die Treppen im Haus selbst informiert, und die Treppen waren so insegsamt bescherlich. Allerdings sind die Umgebung und die Stadt Nyons sehr reizvoll.

TOP Haus in herrlicher Lage

Wir haben 10 Tage im Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels erfolgte problemlos über die Nachbarin. Das Haus ist in der Altstadt von Nyons gelegen, Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, sogar 2 TV-Zimmer, Wifi vorhanden. Es gibt verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen. Eine wunderbare Terrasse mit Blick über die Stadt und das Tal war unsere Lieblingsplatz. Das Haus ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt wird (Kaffemaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, ausreichend Geschirr, Gasgrill usw.) Fußläufig können ganz bequem alle Besorgungen erledigt werden. Für uns war das Haus perfekt, wir empfehlen es uneingeschränkt weiter. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Lovely authentically French home

We really enjoyed our time in Nyons, the house was exactly as described, in a very central location. We were welcomed very warmly by Mrs B, who looks after the house (and the guests!) with a great deal of care. The house is definitely a home, it was a charming atmosphere, its very quirky, a touch haphazard sometimes, but that adds to its appeal! The roof terrace was our favourite place and we loved it for yoga, and barbeques, with a great view over the rooftops. The markets on Sunday and Thursday are a must, and appealed to both locals and tourists. We visited the aquatic centre in Nyons, it was fine but a bit municipal - we preferred going to the swimming lakes at Cornillon as recommended by Mrs B. I would recommend this house to people wanting a genuinely French experience - but probably not to people with mobility problems or those with toddlers, as the steps are steep! Thank you so much to the owners, we loved your beautiful house and we loved Nyons too.
